The shipping was actually accurate and was delivered the next day. Really well packaged. Almost immediately after taking it out of the box it you could tell it is a well throughout product and high quality. All of the gadgets are well made and have made it more efficient.I was surprised with how many features it has. This is my first time buying any type of roomba. But, was delightfully surprised with the design and ease.Also from doing research ahead of time, this seemed like the best entry model to get and I’m glad I picked it.The mapping is super fast. Idk what I expected, but was shocked with how quickly it did it. Less than ten minutes.The zones aka things to focus or avoid are clutch. I always felt like roombas would just bump into everything or not do that good of a job sweeping and I wish I would’ve bought this sooner.Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price point. Setup was a breeze and the app interface surprisingly intuitive. Easy to connect to WiFi.Power Lifting suction devours dirt, pet hair and crumbs like a champ. Maps your home in minutes and cleans in neat efficient rows. Automatically detects rugs and avoids them while mopping. You can set CLEAN and KEEP-OUT zones, adjust suction and mop levels per room. The AutoEmpty Dock keeps your hands clean.Mops back and forth for 2x deeper cleaning perfect for sticky kitchen floors. Not much noise while mopping or vacuuming but when it self-empties, it roars for few seconds. Absolute chaos. Totally worth it.
One less chore for me!
My new best helper in the house! You do need to charge for at least 4 hours out of the box. After that the Robot does all the work. My favorite way to use it is after its recognizes all the rooms. This takes a couple of vacuums. Then you can tell it specific rooms to go to. Having my floors mopped while vacuuming is an added bonus. One less chore! There is a bit of prep work moving items out of the way, but you have to do that anyway when vacuuming. I am very pleased with it!

Still as stupid as it gets
I had a iRobot 770, didn't even have wifi. It infuriated me for years, running around and getting caught on everything, and if it nearly got caught, continuing to hammer that same .5 inch spot where it just about got stuck until it actually successfully did, instead of doing the rest of the room.This one is literally no different, I just watched it attempt to mop the cat scratch post over and over again until it finally got stuck there, leaving a huge swath of my living room past there not done. Also managed to throw an error for the 'brush' being stuck on the edge of my carpet and then again under my entertainment centre where it managed to wrap itself up in a cable that was secured, but it just turned circles in one spot until it caught it and wrapped it around itself.I've had it 2 days and already had to restart it because the machine wasn't talking to the app or my Alexa and it doesn't seem to be cleaning out the bin, either.If it's on mop, it won't mop some places and vacuum others, it skips the carpets all together.And, it still doesn't really suck much up very well. Still lots of small pieces of dirt on the floor.
Good value for the Price
This actually works better than I expected.I bought a J9+ last year and was disappointed, so I returned it after few days. This one, the 104 roomba is cheaper and works much better than the J9. It also doesn’t seem to hit into wall as much. I’m loving it. It seems like a good value for the price.
