So easy to adjust and assemble. Seems very sturdy. Its not too hard.I actually enjoy the clicking noise it makes. It helps me stay on rhythm. Its not that loud either.I keep seeing people say its hard, thats why you adjustable the ball to be at the furthest point on the string. The further, the easier. As you get practice and build muscle you'll be able to adjust the ball closer to your body, making it harder but more effective.I've been able to take out 2 links, so im proud of myself. Its very motivating to see how large you are when you get out if the ring and see just how big it is. Its eye opening.

I just received this today and am excited to use it however my first impression is that this is not a quiet hoop as advertised. I feel like the description was not just misleading about the noice level but flat out untrue. It clicks quite loudly. Also when not wearing, it’s easy to pinch your fingers just holding it.
