I order 2 and currently waiting for my 3rd. it's a hard plastic that is durable, my kids have drop it couple of times and is working perfectly fine. it hold a lot of pens and highlighters. it rotates super smoothly. it look super cute in my desk. will recommend it for the price.

Very nice organizational piece to sit on your desk or wherever needed for pens, pencils or markers. It twirls freely and the plastic isn't too thin. It's a nice size and holds quite a bit. It feels sturdy enough and I would say a good value for the price.
