Took last night for first time, it did give me a quick sleep. I was able to fall asleep pretty fast and I didn’t wake up at all last night like I normally do. I felt like it worked and I got a deep sleep. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I woke up really groggy with bad headache. I’ll give it another try and update post.

The 2 weeks I took it, I got the most restless sleep ever. I did some digging and ingredients like Taurine and L-Theanine can be more stimulating for people, and a few of these ingredients tend to be stimulating specifically for people with anxiety or adhd. It also gave me diarrhea the whole time I was using it, it never improved. I stopped taking it for a few nights, everything returned to normal, and then I took half a dose, and instantly back to bad sleep and diarrhea.I think it can work well for some, but I'd recommend choosing a supplement with less ingredients if you have a sensitive stomach or nervous system.

I have to start out by saying this product is a must try. I frequently struggle with staying asleep at night and being able to fall asleep. I don’t like the idea of taking a sleep medicine from the store so I appreciate this product because it’s a much more natural approach. I am a weekend and have noticed a significant difference in the quality of sleep that I am getting. Not only do I fall asleep, much easier, but I have been able to stay asleep most nights and I wake up feeling very well rested. I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in a natural sleep aid.
