Tiny Health really worked for my little one! My LO had moderate to severe eczema starting at 6 months. We tried partially hydrolyzed formula, extensively hydrolyzed formula, even goat milk formula — but nothing seemed to help. So we decided to try the Tiny Health gut test, and they gave us personalized recommendations. We switched the type of probiotics we’d been using for a long time, and the difference was amazing — the eczema really improved!

I used this for a younger child, not a baby. We wanted to find out what her gut biome is like since that has such a big impact on other areas of health and she's had either chronic allergies or something similar. The instructions were easy to follow to collect the sample. The turnaround time was shorter than expected. We filled out a questionnaire to get personalized recommendations. The analysis was insightful and provided more help with answers we've been looking for. Other companies seem to charge higher for a wider screening, but this is what we wanted to focus on.

While the price seems a bit high at first glance, this has been a great value in my opinion. This test was quick and easy and I love that we were able to do it at home. After sending it in the results came in quickly, within a week which was great. The results were easy to read and understand. If you can’t get into your doctors right away, if you are in between doctors or if you just want to do a gut test at home I think this test is great and I highly recommend it.

I've always loved tiny healthy products and their teams are always helpful. This test really covers everything you need to learn about yourself because the more you learn the more you know what you need. Understanding your own biome is important to know what you might be missing or if you are experiencing troubles! I did this test easy, and the response time is always good with Tiny Health. Highly recommend!

The more information you can gather about your kid, the better; there's no such thing as having too much information, as far as I am concerned. This baby gut health test provides you with information that you wouldn't necessarily get from a doctor's visit.Collection was easy and simple. You complete a somewhat detailed questionnaire online and then await your results. The product page has the turnaround time between 3 to 4 weeks, but results were received in less than the projected timeframe. It's a bit spendy, but a small price to pay for personalized test results about the health of your baby's gut health.

This gut health test kit for babies and toddlers is way more manageable than you'd expect, the instructions are clear, and the sample process is designed to be quick and as clean as possible (which is a relief when dealing with diapers). It comes with everything you need to collect and mail the sample, and the packaging is straightforward and organized.The results take a few weeks, but they come with a detailed report that breaks down what’s going on in your baby’s gut, including insights into digestion, balance of bacteria, and possible reasons for things like gas, colic, or tummy discomfort. The info is presented in a way that’s easy to understand, even if you’re not super science-savvy.It’s not something every parent might feel like they need, but if your little one has ongoing digestive issues or sensitivities, it can be a helpful starting point to figure out what’s going on internally.

This test kit is straightforward and easy to use. The instructions are well written. I appreciated the collection method being a swab rather than catch-and-cut-a-sample. The box has return shipping label and a seal included, so it's even easy to send the sample in. I have absolutely no complaints about the kit itself and think they did a great job with the design and implementation. I completed the online questionnaire the same day I took the sample and that was also quick and easy. I waited until I received the results to leave my review - which is good, because the collection and questionnaire steps would have resulted in a 5 star review, but the results changed my opinion of this a good bit.The results were ready in just shy of 3 weeks of sending off the sample, so the turn around time is quick and as advertised. Unfortunately, the results aren't particularly meaningful or actionable. For example, the suggestions for improving include spending more time with animals (we have animals and regularly spend time around other people's animals), spending time outdoors (we live in the woods, have a standing weekly playdate at the park, go camping, and play in the lake), use more spices in our food (we grow fresh herbs, have a cabinet full of herbs and spices, and we regularly eat ethnic foods), and add fermented foods (I make fresh sauerkraut regularly). The suggestions felt generic and overly broad and seemed as if they questionnaire wasn't really factored in at all. They did make a few suggestions for supplements to try and were quick to provide affiliate links to retailers where you can buy those supplements - I didn't like that at all and it made me question the recommendations knowing that they would be profiting off of any purchases I might make.Seeing all the names of microbes was interesting but largely useless to us. Maybe if there had been something significantly out of whack my opinion would be different, but all of my kiddo's numbers were within range or just barely out of it. Couple that with the seemingly boilerplate suggestions for improvement and I am thoroughly underwhelmed by this gut health kit. After my initial review of the results, I have put this thing out of my mind entirely.
