The product came boxed and in reclose able baggies in sets of 5. The mesh fabric was cool and comfortable on my skin. The cut is a little odd on these, they are just the same front and back, as if most people dont have a butt to accommodate. This made fit on me a little strange but it was mostly comfortable. There was no absorbent lining in the underwear I received. I believe these are to be worn with absorbent pads.

These are great quality mesh underwear. The only gripe I have is that with some smaller pads with wings the amount of space available in the crotch is a little awkward. In general, they have been really good.

The design of these disposable mesh underwear is quite basic, with no distinction between the front and back, which can make the fit feel awkward especially in the rear (unless your backside is as flat as your front). On me, they sit lower in the back, which is a bit uncomfortable.Additionally, the construction is a bit limiting—since the two fabric pieces are simply sewn together without forming a proper crotch, it can be challenging to securely attach a pad, and using pads with wings isn't an option.If you’re on the verge of needing a larger size, I strongly recommend sizing up.

They are thin, lightweight, and don't show under clothing at all. Fortunately I can't speak to how well they work for accidents and leaks because I haven't had any lately, but these are great for that little bit of extra security when you worry that could be a problem. They roll up very small so you can easily keep a few in your car or your purse for emergencies. I wouldn't advise washing them, they are truly meant to be disposable.

RE: AltroCare 10-Pack Disposable, Postpartum and Incontinence Mesh Underwear - Size L/XLA size L/XL was ordered for someone weighing 177 lbs. These arrived in sealed 2 packs of 5 each.They look small but are very stretchy. They are comfortable around the stomach. They fit around the backside just fine. These have been worn for monthly and incontinence reasons. These stay up and don’t bunch up.I noticed a few stitching imperfections, but they don’t interfere with the functionality of these underwear.The description says that they are disposable then says that the material that will stand up to 10 washes. I have only washed a pair twice. As this was hand washing and air drying, there was no shrinking, fading, material stretching, or pilling.
