Fenugreek has a rich list of benefits that I wanted to try out for myself and was pleased to find this brand that is organic, non GMO and sugar free just to name a few things. When it comes to the supplement I find that it's easy to take twice a day as I just put it into my tea. The measurements are easy to read on the dropper despite the color of the supplement. I don't really notice any flavor but again I'm taking it with my tea. It is a small bottle. If I take the recommended dosage which is 1 - 3 times a day that leaves me with a 15 day supply as I am taking it twice a day so I do which the bottle was a little bigger. I haven't noticed anything yet when it comes to benefits but I haven't been taking it long enough.

I kept hearing about the brand MaryRuth so I was looking forward to checking it out and I wanted to add Fenugreek into my supplements routine because of the health benefits it's supposed to have such as: reducing cholesterol, helping with weight loss, alleviating menstrual cramps and improving skin and hair. I want to do things that can help along with my weight loss in addition to helping to alleviate menstrual cramps. Fenugreek is supposed to promote feelings of fullness which is where the weight loss portion comes in. The anti inflammatory properties of fenugreek is where the pain relief portion takes place.The measurements are clear in the instructions where you are informed to take 1ml, one to three times a day. The dropper is clearly labeled and the dropper works so you don't have to worry about having issues getting out the right amount. This says unflavored but I would not take that to mean tasteless. There is a taste to this but there isn't a flavor, like fruit flavored or dessert flavored. I also like that it can be taken directly or with water and it isn't another pill or capsule, even gummy to consume.Please note that if you are allergic to soybeans, peanuts, and other legumes, you should check first to see if you have allergies to fenugreek even though this says soy free.The bottle is small but the price is reasonable for it to be a popular brand, non-gmo, vegan, etc.. I have to wait to see how effective it is. If I notice any side effects I will come back and report.
