It's kind of hard to say or know if I'm getting any positive benefits from this supplement as far as the anti-aging properties of NAD+, but I feel well and have not had any negative side effects whatsoever. I like that in addition to NAD+, this supplement also contains trans-resveratrol and quercetin, which like NAD+ are supplements believed to be helpful older people like me. I also like the little packet these came in; it was completely sealed across the top for safety, and I assume it uses less plastic than a bottle or jar. The capsules are solid white and the typical size I expected. They have no odor or taste and easy to swallow. Since I'm now considered an older adult, I'm hopeful these capsules will give some extra energy and a sense of wellbeing. I found some scientific evidence online that suggests NAD+ can help keep my body and brain functioning more like the younger me, so I'm hopeful and happy to give it a try.Note the UPC sticker added to the packet says "Made in China."

Learning a lot about NAD+ in recent weeks and it's potential in cellular health, energy, as well as focus. Something like this might take years to fully understand if it has any real lasting effect or slows down the aging process, but that is not really my focus here.My focus is, at least at the moment, how does it make me feel? As I get older, energy seems to be the one thing I value most in my health as it is the clearest indicator of whether or not my body is working as it should. It is not that I don't want to get old, but rather that I just hope to age gracefully and enjoy my time here and stay away from medications and chemical dependency as long as I possibly can. Taking NAD+ as a daily part of my diet can aid in improving my heart function, cognitive function, and even muscle recovery in such a way so as to keep everything working as it should, which is the goal right?Again, I can't say exactly what the long-term effects will be of this fairly new revolution in supplements, but I can say that I intend to continue taking it, and hoping for the best. So far so good.
