Edit: purchased new oven same as the âusedâ one I returned. Perfect size works great and I love that I can silence the annoying beeping !!This was a ââusedââ microwave. I have purchased used items in the past and never had a problem. This microwave did not work. I tried several times. Read all instructions and followed them. Everything worked until I pushed âstartâ - it beeped and the timer began counting down but it did not turn on and the turntable didnât start either. I have started a return and I hope Bolo doesnât sell it to someone else!Edit: initiated a return 5/5 great CS Rep! UPS picked up this return 5/6 around 11am and gave me a return receipt - very easy! Refund issued same day.I ordered this same unit but a new one not used. Should be here 5/9/25.

I bought an out of the box âlike newâ white Comfee .7cu. Itâs really cute and it was exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately, when I open the box you could tell that it had been used and it was a bit dirty.I cleaned it up and I used it and it was everything I was looking for. I needed a specific size to fit it in my cabinet and it fit perfectly, I needed the door to close quietly, and I also needed a mute button.Iâm really bummed because every single time I use this machine, itâs soaking wet inside. The condensation builds up so much and Iâm not sure if itâs just my machine because it was used and returned to Bolo, but my guess is that itâs normal for this machine as a lot of people report rust.The door lock thing wasnât that bad and I think you would get used to it. Iâm returning this product because I donât think that itâs going to last long as itâs always wet inside and I donât want to have to thoroughly clean a microwave just for heating a basic frozen burrito or a potato.

A good microwave. Was worried that it was a little bit smaller than i thought as my previous one was bigger. But fits everything that I would normally microwave so no complaints here. Also for those complaining about food not being hot or warming through.. just input your time and then hit power and input 10..should do the trick. It worked for me.
