This grill is incredible. You should not hesitate on buying it. It works great grilled steaks hamburgers without a problem. It does take a little bit more to put it together and if you don't use the right hardware in certain spots, you're gonna run out they don't send you any extras. I had to run out to the hardware store and pick up some extra hardware because I must've put them in the wrong place, but I did get the right hardware and it is very secure and it looks good. Easy to clean up. I had a Weber before electric grill And it was really good but they've put making that size grill and I'm glad I chose this grill it's very well put together and it does come with several options. Including a trap, catch all the drippings very easy to clean.

Had to give up my Weber since I had to have oxygen 24/7 and could not be around an open flame. This, although not exactly like a barbecue grill, worked out to be the next best thing. It’s more like grilling in the broiler. Still tastes better than a skillet on top of the stove. A bit harder to clean than a Weber but worth the time and Labor. Shipping and delivery was fast and on time. This unit can do both charcoal grilling and electric grilling. Nice unit.

I purchase the Electric Bistro Pro because I do not like cooking on a propane grill. This grill took about two hours to put together, but it's worth it. I have enjoy cooking on the grill but to tell the truth I like the griddle best it gives you so many more options for cooking outside. Best of all no more propane. This grill you can also have the options to use charcoal if you choice.

I love the size and how quickly it heats up. I have had gas, charcoal and pellet smokers and love them all. I was hesitant on an electric grill but I moved into a condo where it was my only option. This grill is awesome and I love that it came with the flat griddle which is awesome. I haven’t used the charcoal option but love that it has it.

Just received . Let me start out by saying as far as assembling 1.5 hrs. I went right off of pictures made a few mistakes that I had to redo very minor just had to study picture closer. So went easy lots of pieces . First I cooked a stake over charcoal went great easy clean up. 2nd tried smash burgers on griddle . I put grate in electrical position with griddle on top. Let heat up to around 500. Griddle did not seam to get that hot would not sear may be me not sure. But I did leave charcoal grate in while cooking. I think that was problem. Will remove next time before using griddle. think more me not knowing what I am doing . Unit heats up fast works great and very easy clean up. I love it . PS also Very well made.

Directions are HORRIBLE (parts not identified well in some cases, pages of the directions were stapled with an updated page over top the outdated (apparently?) page. Short screws going into tight spaces (not convenient) and threading issues. Totally regret of purchase. Shame of Char Broil for having something so piss poor!

Great grill. Very solid construction, no wobble. Nothing feels cheap. Electric mode gets extremely hot so no worries about creating a sear.

So far this grill is awesome. I have only tried electric, not the charcoal part so if that changes with that function, I will update my review. It looks nice! The griddle that is included holds a lot of food. The temperature seems very even and I like the temperature display. I had trouble with assembly and plan to get in touch with the company to address a couple of the issues. That’s the reason three stars instead of five. Those issues included only four of the numerous parts had numbers. So matching up the parts to the instructions was a real bear. And the parts were printed on one sheet of instructions and not in numerical order. So it was like a giant puzzle. Some of the pages were stapled together in a way that made it difficult to work through them. It took me three hours to assemble this. I would say twice as long as it should have if the parts had been properly labeled. The griddle holder that goes underneath the first rack, the little screw just snapped right off with hardly any pressure on it so now I have no griddle holder. Others have mentioned that the holes in the shelf that attach on the sides are not properly aligned. I was only able to get one screw in each shelf and I now have two empty spots where I don’t have the security of a screw because the screws are not aligned and I don’t really have a way to drill them. So the shelves wobble. Overall, it’s a nice grill and I hope he manufacture can help resolve some of the issues we ran into. If they do then, I will come back and update my review and score.
