They taste amazing and give me the energized fuel and caffiene I want between working out, riding my bike or keeping handy at my desk or in my car!

I like the idea to be honest; a lightweight treat that gives you energy on the move. However, I found that I wasn't super thrilled at the texture and especially the flavor of some of these cubes.You get four different flavors in the package and each pack contains six individual cubes. There are three cubes in a serving, providing you with two servings in one package.You are recommended to eat three chews per thirty minutes of intense action, and depending on the flavor, you get 25 or 50 grams of caffeine per serving. As a supplement to your workout, I do think they work well in delivering quick bursts of nutrients and energy to help you through intensive action. However, I do wish they tasted better. Despite the surprisingly large amount of sugar, they tend to taste strange, especially the cherry flavor with its more intense almost medicine-like flavor. I personally enjoyed the strawberry lemonade the best, but its not without its issues. The texture is very much like you'd expect from a fruit chew, with a light but dense texture. It definitely reminded me of something like Turkish delights.Overall, I do think they're good for their intended purpose, but I certainly wish they tasted better. The convenience is likely unmatched in both portability and ease of consumption, so it is still worth considering if you need a super quick boost.
