WOW. I was not expecting it to burn in my lower half. The burn was a workout burn. I tried to do 15 minutes to music but I could only do 10 minutes. But I am proud I did that since I am just starting back to working out. I will keep doing it and work up to doing 15 minutes a day. It looks easy but it is not. Have fun and enjoy

What a joke. This thing looks like something from an 80's infomercial. It came thrown in a box with the handles and no real directions. It looked like it had been returned at least once already. Its about as cheap as could be. Unfortunately, I let it sit too long and now its outside the return window. Will probably just end up donating it or giving it away. Very disappointed.

Okay, I’m just two weeks into using this twist board — and people are already asking, “Did your waist get smaller?” Um… yes, thank you for noticing!Here’s the deal: I use it for 10 minutes a day, every day, usually while watching TV or pretending I’m in a music video. It’s so easy to use — you can literally twist while having a full conversation. Multitasking queen energy.Pros?• Super easy to use• Low-impact and kinda fun• I’m already seeing results — or at least others are 👀Cons?• The resistance bands could be tighter• Wish there was a way to replace or adjust them for more tension• Pro tip: bend your knees while twisting — trust me, your back will thank youI’m excited to see what my waist looks like after a month. So far, this twist board is giving small waist, no fuss — and I’m here for it.

Not great. First, it seems poorly made. Second, I'm not able to get a great workout using this. It's not really what I was hoping for. I guess I can make it work, but I had higher hopes. Kind of a big piece of equipment for the value I get from it. You can probably get something else that will work better.
