This is a little different from regular cocoa powder. Different flavor and a little stronger. Great in my coffee and health drinks
Perfect Cacao!
Fantastic, smooth, healthy cacao. I add this to hot drinks, with or without sweeteners, and it’s lovely. It is not bitter, even if not sweetened. It mixes quickly without lumps. I love the taste. Will buy more!
Good but…
Great taste, but the grinding needs improvement because it still has some micro nibbles in it. I get some when I make hot cocoa

A little gritty and not as strong of cocoa flavor as I would like, but not bad.
Delicious, clean product
Very pleased with this cocoa! It has a nice rich, clean flavor that gets lost in the over-processed commercial products. Nicely ground and no troubles with dissolving in my baked goods, ice cream or whipped cream. I hate the bag with the side zip but will live with it for a product this good; I can find a different container. I've just ordered some chips from them and look forward to trying more of their products.

Seems like good quality cacao, rich flavor and smell. But it’s not ground as consistently fine as some others I’ve had. It leaves little bits of chewy bean in fluids kind of like if coffee grounds get through the filter. I have used it in backing and to make icing and you don’t really notice it then but drinking it you definitely notice. Also I took a star because the packaging is pretty bad design. The long narrow bag with the tiny opening makes it almost impossible to scoop or measure without making a mess. You might need to put it in a different container.
Nice supplement for my coffee.
I bought this raw cacao to put in my coffee as an anti-oxidant supplement. I am pleasantly surprised how easily and completely it dissolves, with a wonderful and natural chocolate smell and flavor. I believe it to be a very good value.
Makes great cookies!
This cacao tastes wonderful and in bars goods it flourishes. I have also sprinkled in my coffee and on peanut butter toast.
