Love this brown rice ramen. Rice noodle ramen is harder to find than wheat based and generally more expensive. I have stumbled upon this Perfect Earth brand recently and now it is a standby in my pantry. As other reviewers have mentioned, it has a unique chewy texture, and the Green Curry flavor suits my taste buds. I wish that the packaging was reclosable. And having the noodle blocks loose is a bit messy. My solution to both those concerns is to use zip sandwich bags to combine each noodle block, dried vegetables and seasoning packets together. I like cooking mine in a small saucepan on the stove so I can control the right amount of water without making the meal too soggy.

I came here looking for chicken Ramen as a gluten-free person. I ended up getting this and it was actually very good. It does have a lot more of a curry taste than chicken Ramen but I’m very happy I purchased.

Considering the price, I had sort of high hopes for this ramen. I ordered the red curry flavor and I can't say that I loved it. It wasn't particularly flavorful, and I didn't much care for the flavor that was there. There wasn't much soup to the ramen soup either, as the noodles seemed to soak up most of the liquid. One thing I found especially off-putting was that these did not come individually packaged. They're essentially four blocks of dried noodles tossed in a sack with flavor and veggie packets, and the sack is not resealable. Maybe I just have inexpensive taste, but I do think I prefer the inexpensive grocery store variety over this type of noodle. Other reviewers really seemed to enjoy though, so it might be just me. Taste is subjective, and this might be just the thing for you.

This is easy to make and has a nice taste. I have missed ramen since being gluten free and this is close to what I remember.

As someone who hasn't had instant ramen in a couple of years due to dietary restrictions, I was hoping this would hit the spot. I was going to give it three stars but the "servings" aren't even individually packaged. Before I could even cook my first batch the OCD in me had four zip lock baggies out and was measuring the contents to ensure they were reasonably close to the same weight. And then, because they're all in one bag, you have the crumbs you have to distribute because the "patties" of noodles aren't all the same size. Cooking was quick enough but taste was not like the ramen I was trying to remember. At 4 servings for 15 bucks, I won't be visiting these again.

Unlike most packaged products claiming "ramen" on the label, these Thai noodles are made from brown and white rice (so, both different and gluten-free), with none of the deep-frying in palm oil that's a signature of "instant" ramen kits.This one comes with seasoning packets based on the famous Thai "Muslim" beef stew (often "Kang Massuman" or "Kang Massaman" on US Thai-restaurant menus). It cooks up nicely in texture and flavor. You'll want to add vegetables and/or cooked meat to make a substantial dish.It's oversalted (as you'd expect with such products), though less grossly than some; and of course you need not use the entire seasoning packet.
