Life has been nonstop lately—moving into a new house, planning my son’s graduation and party, getting ready for trips, and dealing with the ups and downs of my personal relationship. It’s all been happening at once, and normally I would’ve been overwhelmed. But since taking this, I’ve felt calmer, focused, and less anxious. It hasn’t made the stress disappear, but it’s definitely helped me manage it in a healthier way. I’m really grateful I found this when I did. Highly recommend!

Does seem to relieve symptoms. I appreciate that they are part of the Vitamin Angels program. The L-Theanine definitely does the trick for my family, soothing any stressful feelings. This is my first time trying the other ingredients, but it seems that they have a synergistic effect that makes them more powerful. Docking one star because I really value lab tests and I can't find any lab results published for this supplement. Like many, we just have to trust the company if we're going to take this one.

This seems to have a calming effect which I like--it does not make me sleepy, just a calmer me! I have had better sleep without waking up like I have in the past.I am a big fan of this company. For every bottle sold they donate vitamins to the needy children for a year. Thumbs up!

I do feel noticeably calmer when I take this, and it doesn’t make me feel groggy or sedated. The formula includes a blend of well-known adaptogens like Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea, which have been studied for their ability to help the body adapt to stress and reduce cortisol levels. L-Theanine, found in green tea, is often used for promoting a calm but alert state, and Phosphatidylserine may help support mood and memory under stress. Magnolia Bark is less common but has some promising research for anxiety and cortisol regulation.Overall, this is a thoughtfully made supplement with calming effects that I can actually feel. Plus, no caffeine or stimulants, which is a big plus.

These seem to work surprisingly well. I do take a number of supplements and really should dial some of those back, so that I can be completely certain that this is what made the difference. But, in my limited tests so far, it sure seems like it's given me back some chill and fostered a good night's sleep.I've taken all of the individual ingredients in this product and have found most of them helpful, individually, so I had some decent expections. I take L-theanine every morning with my coffee and I'll sometimes have it at night to help take the edge off and quiet my mind too. I've always found it helpful. Ashwagandha and Magnolia bark are also very helpful for stress and sleep, respectively, and I take those periodically too. Rhodiola is one that I haven't taken in a while, though I recall it being helpful. Phosphatidylerine is the only ingredient that I haven't taken intentionally, though it is in sunflower lecithin, which I do consume daily.Anyway, it's a nice combination of ingredients that all seem to work together very well. Interesting supplement. Recommended.
