Since installing the WD Black drive in my computer everything has gotten much snappier, programs launch faster, my computer turns on faster, I never run out of storage space and have to clear temporary files just to use my PC. I can install updates again for my graphics drivers. As for moving my Windows installation, I was able to find free software and it was all done in less than 20 minutes! Overall very happy with this NVME!

I was hesitant to install this myself as I’ve never even opened a laptop. The installation was super easy. There were a few steps I had to take for the laptop to read the new drive, but that was easy as well. So far, everything is working.I moved my games from my smaller drive to this new drive and everything loaded up quickly.I played for about an hour and no issues this far.I use Steam on an Alienware M17 R5 AMD Laptop.

probably one of the easiest upgrades I did for my computer. I put it in the slot and turned the screw. It saw it in Windows 11 immediately upon boot and I just assigned a drive letter and up and running in less that 10 min.

Single sided ssd, so it's compatible with laptops ps5 etc. Currently best ssd at 12k price, doesn't have Dram cache but should work well in general use. Doesn't heat much thermals are under control.
