I clean the smooth board, dry it, press on it, hold it for more than 10 minutes, and then let it sit for a full 24 hours to make sure it really sticks. Within two days, it fell off the wall. When you take the paper off the back, it also feels impossible to stick to anything. It sucks.

Easy to put up and remove. They have fallen off a few times outside but I think it’s because of the temperature changes. They keep the lights in place for the most part and you get a lot of value for the price.

I hung two sets of heavy outdoor lights and these did a great job, exactly what I was looking for, clear and can handle a heavier wire. They have held up both in summer highs and fall lows. I'm excited to see how the handle snowy weather.

These tiny little stick on hooks are perfect for my needs. I’m always looking for a little hook like this. I was so happy when they arrived and were exactly as described. I will have lots of uses for them.

I got these despite all the negative reviews. I should have trusted my gut feeling. I should have known that these things would be terrible because they are so small and have very low surface area for adhesive.On top of that, I doubt these things would work on a perfectly smooth indoor surface like drywall, let alone something outdoor.Just to be clear, I did attach them to relatively smooth surface (painted stucco but smooth areas), I used 2, sometimes 3 for every attachment point to help distribute the very little weight (these are string Christmas lights after all, with not too much tension.)Every single one failed after less than 3 days.Save yourself time and effort, not to mention money, and just buy the Outdoor Command Strips instead. Much bigger surface area, easier to use, and will last much better.Honestly if I could give these 0 stars, I would.Buyer beware!

Smaller than I thought, but good adhesive tape, installed a light string 4 days ago and holding on strong in windy conditions.
Perfect for my requirements
I bought these clips to hold up Halloween lights I had for my kitchenPrevious years I’ve tried different ways to do this, but I had limited success and/or I damaged the paint on the walls.These clips held strong which meant I could put a bit more tension on the light wire and get the lights straighter than in past years.I have left the clips up until after Christmas so o can use them for my Christmas lights too

I clean the smooth board, dry it, press on it, hold it for more than 10 minutes, and then let it sit for a full 24 hours to make sure it really sticks. Within two days, it fell off the wall. When you take the paper off the back, it also feels impossible to stick to anything. It sucks.
