I ordered this panini press for my new market/deli in January and it was delivered on January 9. I unboxed it immediately to look it over and started using it a few days later. It is now April 12, and the right side of the press has completely stopped working. The light on the power switch to that side does not illuminate, the heating light does not illuminate, and it does not heat at all. I realize an appliance of this nature at this price point may not be the top of the line, but I did expect it to last longer than 3 months, especially with our light to moderate usage. I am frustrated that the return window closed only a few weeks after delivery and now I cannot find a way to contact the company directly on their vendor page. As a new business where every penny counts, this is not only maddening, but detrimental to my sales ability and very time consuming. I'm super displeased.

Estoy tratando de comunicarme con el vendedor, porque como a los cuatro meses, una de las plancha, la derecha empezó a calentar pocoy no después se quedó sin corriente, pasé a la segunda plancha y pasó lo mismo. Tiene defecto, necesito la devolución o el reemplazo, no me sirve así reparándolaLe he comprado a uds varios equipos y solo el problemas es con la panini

I was impressed with their service . They were very helpful and they resolved the problem quickly. I have bought many products in the past and always very satisfied.
Good quality for reasonable money
So far so good. The grill was purchased end of November 2024 for a small espresso bar with a very limited counter space to replace the commercial 5-year old grill. It has been almost 5 months and I have only one complaint. The top lid does not open or close easily which is an issue because the sides of the grill are hot to touch, so you can't simply load and unload grill by pulling or pushing on the handle without oven mitts on. Otherwise, it serves the purpose at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended as an indoor countertop grill.
