The item worked for 2 months and now one side is not working anymore, same thing happened with the prior one i purchased. I been trying to get service and it is not way.

Esta tostadora parrilla es la perfecta, busque la mejor, pues acoge 4 porciones, su espacio se acopla en los espacios pequeños, siendo muy versátil y bella para el entorno. Su calor funciona a la perfección , no sobr e cantando la plancha un 5 estrellas a esta ya que he ubicado por lo menos 4 marcas es la mejor

Easy to set up, clean and use! Depending on the size of the bread used it can make up to 4 full sandwiches at a time. I use it to make quick grilled cheeses and I have no problem getting the cheese off the inserts in the wash.

I purchased this and got it out today. It's used, only half worked and it's absolutely disgusting! It was delivered during hurricane and was put up to be safe and sent me a used Panani maker!! I paid for new!! I want it replaced with one I paid for!! NOW!!!

The grill never got hotter than 275 degrees right out of the box, when It's supposed to go to 445 degrees. not this one! and the hinges are flimsy too, so I and others weren't lucky enough to get one without any problems. I sent this grill back, and I'll look around for something better.

We bought it for our restaurant and It's not working after 6 days do not recommend and same thing happen with my Friend's restaurant and he said veveor denied to replace it after using 3 months.Worth Product.
