Had been using old school non stick for years and heard if they’re scratched, it’s time to replace. Ordered these since ceramic doesn’t leach any harmful unwanted ingredients into the food you’re cooking. Pleasantly surprised how well the nonstick works and the build quality feels great. They’re also very easy to clean.

12/6/2024 review. 1st 3 weeks with this set. So far, I love it. I don't leave a lot of reviews on Bolo, so appreciate the fact that I'm planning to do a long term review of this product. Nice looking set. Really inexpensive for the quality you're getting. I'm not going to spend a lot of time on general characteristics as the other reviews cover those extensively. (Pans are more shallow. Lids are heavier. Heats up quick. Handles get hot.....) I'm going to cover just one aspect in my review, and I'm going to set reminders to update this review every 6 months for everyone.MAIN QUESTION: Is the ceramic actually nonstick versus all the other "nonstick" pans like Teflon, copper, etc.?ANSWER: Short answer after 3 weeks is, YES, the ceramic is actually nonstick. This ceramic coating (versus other Teflon like non-stick coating) so far seems to be a game changer. I've tried lots of different nonstick pans over the years (even tried that TV Gotham steel one), and they have ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED. Maybe they might have had one initial time where they were actually nonstick but after that, we're talking the usual heavy oil cooking if you don't want it sticking to the pan. They all sucked on "nonstick" bc everything would stick to them. I made egg fried rice in this pan this morning and realized after I got done that I NEVER PUT ANY OIL INTO THE PAN. Neither the rice nor the eggs stuck to the pan!!! Everything slid out of the pan when I got done and NOTHING stuck to the surface at all. The only spot where there was any sticking was the round metal screw tops where the handle screws into the pan. I wiped the pan clean with a paper towel after I was done. Truly remarkable. I'll see how it holds up with daily/weekly use and update everyone, but so far, it's outperformed every other nonstick pan I've ever tried in actually being nonstick!!! So yes, this might be the long term healthy solution to those nonstick pans that start losing their coating into your food and you end up feeding your family who knows what chemicals....

These pans are really nice. All but one is nonstick. The larger pans non stick has started to come off so now things do stick to it but the others work great and are easy to clean
