I love these pots and pans! They heat evenly, clean up easily, and make cooking feel much easier. No sticking, no weird hotspots, just solid, reliable cookware that looks nice too. If you're thinking about it- get them.

Ok so I love these pans but I had to take off a star because you have no way of adding to the set without buying a duplicate set of the same or the frying pans only. I would love more sauce pans but do not want to buy an entire new set. These clean up so easily! The ceramic heats quickly on my propane range! I cook with beef tallow and butter but when I am not, they do not stick easily! The color is closer to green than grey but they are still pretty! So far not scratching or cracking of the ceramic. I will update if they do.

6/29/25 7 Month Update Review - (I DON'T DO A LOT OF REVIEWS, ESP UPDATES. READ THIS!)I was beyond happy the first few weeks of owning this set. The first true non-stick pans experience I've ever had. Talk about bait and switch. Between the 5th-10th use of the pans, the non-stick failed and it was never non stick ever again. Instead it became EVERYTHING STICKS. You name it, eggs, any meat, vegetables.... everything sticks immediately and burns into it. I have to use heavy oil with everything for the food not to stick to the pan. When the food sticks, it puts permanent black marks on the surface that I could not get and any level of scrubbing. I've even tried the overnight baking soda trick and even that didn't work. Even the pretty color of the bottom of the pans became discolored permanently.I am shocked that Caphalon decided that they needed to ruin the great rep of their brand with such a terrible product. Btw, this happened to every pan under absolutely normal use. And they were handwashed at all times. Never been in the dishwasher. Bottom line is that this is sold as a ceramic non-stick product as its one and only reason for being.... and at that, IT IS A COMPLETE FAIL. I am not even going to get 9 months use out of this set. I am about to go hunting for a real non-stick set. I've had great experiences with Caphalon in the past and wouldn't discourage anyone from the brand in general. Just steer clear of this set (and maybe anything in their lower tier offerings).

Had been using old school non stick for years and heard if they’re scratched, it’s time to replace. Ordered these since ceramic doesn’t leach any harmful unwanted ingredients into the food you’re cooking. Pleasantly surprised how well the nonstick works and the build quality feels great. They’re also very easy to clean.
