If you’re considering the KoolMore Vending Machine for your business, please read this in full before making the same mistake I did.I run a high-traffic business with daily customer demand, and I purchased this machine expecting a straightforward setup: load it, price it, and let it do its job. What followed was one of the most frustrating and costly three-month stretches of my career.Here’s what actually happened:Delayed Delivery: The machine arrived weeks late—completely throwing off our timeline and leaving us without a functioning vending solution for our grand opening.Payment Setup Nightmare: Just getting the payment processor activated took weeks. The setup was convoluted and far from plug-and-play.No Coin Change Mechanism: It shipped with a bill acceptor but no coin return system. You read that right—no way to give change.Disastrous User Interface: The touch screen interface is one of the worst I’ve ever seen—clearly built by engineers with no UX experience. Every small configuration required slogging through long, clunky videos just to figure out basic functionality.False Advertising on Coil Sizes: Despite photos showing candy bars and gum, the coils we received couldn’t hold standard snacks. We had to special order new coils from China—only to receive the wrong ones, adding weeks of delay.Poor Support Hours: Customer service operated in limited windows, often incompatible with U.S. time zones, making real-time help a struggle at best.Outdated Hardware Requirements: To even get the machine partially functional, they required outdated and obscure hardware add-ons—something no modern business should be forced to deal with.Two Failed Tech Visits: After weeks of waiting, the first tech couldn't get it working. Weeks later, another tech also failed. Still no progress.Never Had a Single Successful Transaction: After all the time, money, labor, and headaches—not one snack was ever successfully vended.Over $2,200 in Wasted Costs: That’s just the hard cost I paid employees and covered for monthly fees. It doesn’t include my own countless hours lost trying to salvage this mess.The Only Thing That Worked? The Refund. After three months, they finally issued a refund. It was the only functioning part of the entire experience.To their credit, the company was never rude or unresponsive. But helpful people don’t make up for a deeply flawed product that should never have made it to market.If you're a business owner who values your time, energy, and money, I cannot in good conscience recommend this machine. There are better options out there. This one simply isn’t ready for the real world.

The machine is pictured with drink cans, but does not work with drinks. The sprial augars struggle to push a drink out and when/if they reach the end, the tips of the metal spirals will pierce the cans and cause a huge mess. Arrived with broken parts. Overall, I completely regret buying this machine.
