Looks exactly like the photos; heats quickly and automatically shuts off after boiling. My favorite feature is how the cord retracts under the base. I searched everywhere for a retractable cord and this one works the absolute best.

If you're looking for a small-ish kettle that does not have any plastic components that come in contact with the water, this is the one for you. I tried a couple of other kettles that made that claim only to find that the underside of their lids were plastic, at least partially.

This definitely beats a stovetop kettle. Simple to use, and seems like it works as well as other kettles I've seen. From max fill of cold water, I was able to reach a rolling boil in about two minutes. I was actually impressed that it heats up as fast as other, more expensive units.Following directions, I ran it twice to boil, and discarded the water both times. Both times, I saw a lot of dirt and grime in the water as it was starting to boil. Seeing that, I didn't want to try and use it for actual drinking until I can clean it thoroughly. Also going to try and test how it behaves with purified water, if the same residue is present then.Nice unit overall, and very helpful, especially going into fall where tea, oatmeal, and hot beverages are going to be the norm in the mornings. I will have to do a deep cleaning by hand as well.I would buy again if I needed an extra, or even a first kettle.

…Who knew you could get a good kettle?!I really dig this sturdy lil guy, it’s FAST and lightweight but not easy to tip over. Obviously it’s small so it only makes two to three servings at a time, which is perfect for me! Aesthetically pleasing on the countertop too!

It is small, practical, and doesn't radiate heat. Slick and chic at the same time! I use it to fill up my hot pack a few times daily, and I absolutely love it.

After about 2 weeks of 1x per day use: noticing rust on the inside or the item. The tells me that the stainless steel is not cured properly and this seems dangerous.

I ordered this primarily to heat water for pour over coffee. The first one that arrived was cracked across the bottom of the kettle. It would still hold water, but it would not lie flat on the base, so it would not heat up. I reported the damage and received a replacement a few days later. The kettle is easy to use, heats water to boiling quickly, and automatically turns off when the water boils. One feature I really like is that the kettle itself does not have a cord. The kettle sits on top of a base, and the cord wraps up inside the base with a simple twist of the spool on the bottom. Neither the kettle nor the base heats up (other than getting a little warm) so you won’t inadvertently get burned on the base. This is an attractive and efficient water kettle.
