I NEVER review products, but this product didn't have any reviews so that made me nervous to order it. I am doing a cement/lime overlay on concrete floors and cutting in grout lines to create a stone floor look. I wanted a matte finish, but with a hint of shine. The matte sealers at the big box stores have no sheen at all. I took a chance on this and it is perfect. Looks like natural stone, and seems really water proof. It came out of the container lumpy (milky liquid with white clumps) and I almost didn't use it, but the lumps disappear when you roll it on. I just ordered 2 more gallons, and am glad I didn't have to go with the really expensive stuff to get the finish I wanted.

This product, like all of the other Classic Coatings Systems products I used for my project, is difficult to mix. The product coverage varies wildly depending upon the method of application (I used a pump sprayer for the first and third coats, and a roller for the second coat. The product arrived with many large chunks settled in the container. It took 20 to 30 minutes of shaking, rolling, inverting, and otherwise manipulating the container to get those chunks dissolved. And we STILL had problems with the sprayer's wand and tip clogging. This problem added significantly to our project time. Compared to other products, this sealer is a bit pricey and in my opinion is a poor value. The product is a great idea, but my execution left a lot to be desired. I'm disappointed in my results.
