I purchased the Oura Ring 4 in gold and I truly love it. What I like most is how it tracks my sleep the data is very detailed and it has helped me better understand my sleep patterns and overall energy. It’s also comfortable and you barely feel it on your finger.That said, the gold finish does scratch a bit with regular use, which was a downside for me considering the price. However, I contacted Oura’s official customer service and they were excellent they sent me a new one.Overall, I highly recommend it for the technology and insights it provides, but if you’re very particular about aesthetics, you might want to consider a different finish.

The Oura Ring 4 really surprised me. It’s light, discreet, and so comfortable that I forget I’m wearing it. The sleep, activity, and heart rate tracking is very accurate, and the app explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way that actually helps in my daily routine.The battery lasts a long time, charges quickly, and the overall quality of the ring is excellent. If you want to track your health and wellness without wearing a watch all the time, this ring is perfect.I’m loving it and highly recommend it!

I have 3 relatives with the gen 3 and they loved it. Since it had such good reviews I splurged on the newest gen 4 and got the gold one. The gold is a brassy color and my sisters gen 3 is a better gold. I noticed scratches on mine right away and bought a silicone cover. I worn that for a few weeks and the past 2 weeks have been wearing it without and it has rubbed off in places and is silver underneath. I have also been sick for the past week and have had a fever and the ring showed a little bit of difference but still had I had a relatively good nights rest even while walking up coughing several times a night. Could the 3 be a better ring? I had such high hopes from the rave reviews from relatives. When I took the walking test it said my cardio capacity is at peak which is weird because I don’t exercise. My daughter who just ran a half marathon has a lower capacity than me and she is a runner. What am I missing here? The ring is not durable and looks cheap and scratched up, the info is not accurate and I paid $500 for this plus $7 a month? Going to contact the company because I think I. got a lemon. I waited a month to give it a fair chance but now the return window is closed.

I finally got my hands on one of these bad boys! I took advantage of the Black Friday 30% off deal since these never go on sale! I’ve been eyeing them for over a year and wanted to pull the trigger! I’m honestly so glad i decided to get one!I love that it tracks my sleep, ovulation, stress, day to day readiness, steps, activity, etc. It’s everything I used to use other apps/watches/trackers for but in an easy, accessible, SMALL gadget. I love that it’s waterproof and I can wear it in the shower, love that i was able to get a gold ring to match my wedding ring and other jewelry i wear as well.You will have to BUY and app to get all the insights the ring has to offer, so keep that in mind. It is an annual or monthly cost of around $65 i believe. In my opinion, it’s worth it. I paid the one time annual fee to get it over with and now i don’t have to think about it. Everything is extremely easy to set up on the app, charge the ring, and set it up.I’ve had the ring a little over a week and the sleep data is my favorite right now. As a mom with a 6 mo and 22 mo, my sleep is LACKING but this helps me make sure i stay on track of it to the best of my ability right now! It lets me know how many hours i slept, my resting/sleeping heart rate, my REM, deep, and light sleep; and how long I was in each stage, tells me my readiness for the next day, etc.The ring does run larger than your normal size. I got a 9 and wear it on my middle finger which would normally be an 8. Keep that in mind. There are kits to try your size prior to buying, an a lot of stores have the try on kits to make sure you order the right size too!All in all, the ring is worth the price in my opinion and I wish i would have gotten it sooner because i love it so much!

This is my 3rd Oura ring. I have been an Oura fan since it became available. There are many rings nowadays with similar function as the Oura, but nothing beats the original. My only wish is the company will consider half ring sizes in the future.
