I seldom have trouble falling asleep, but staying asleep longer than 3 or 4 hrs is a challenge. The first night I tried these (2 capsules, as recommended), I got over 7 hrs! Eureka! However, I was a bit groggy for several hours after waking, which isn't supposed to happen according to the advertisement. So, the next night I only took 1 capsule. I reverted to my "normal" pattern. Booo. The third night I went back to the full, recommended dose. Same, short sleep results. Hmmm. Decided to wait a few days before trying again to see if my body would become responsive again. On my fourth attempt at full dosage, same disappointing results. So, based on my mixed success with this product I'm giving it a neutral rating because it might work for you, or it might not. I've experienced both.

Its been about 3 weeks and after trying many sleep supplements, I'm glad I tried this one. It's helping get a better nights sleep. Seems like I'm sleeping deeper and feel better rested in the AM.

Too many ingredients that all appear good individually. Synergistically, they kept me either awake or only in a light sleep. I usually do not like the combo of the herb Valerian and the hormone Melatonin together. Tried this product for a couple of nights. Very disappointed and it wrecked my sleep resulting in very, very tired days. Cannot recommend.

I did not fall asleep as I hoped I would when I took this. If I cannot get Relaxium I may have to go back to Trazadone which I don't really want to do.

Product was delivered extremely fast. I have tried it for a few nights and it has worked great. In the past I have had really rough sleep issues, but since starting this product my sleep has improved tremendously. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a better night of sleep.
