Just received them a few days ago! I've taken them for 3 days so far. I don't notice anything yet so ill be back with a update. They taste good tho!

They taste great. I ordered this product because a friend told me she has had good luck with it being an appetite suppressant. I tend to eat unhealthy snacks and don’t find myself doing that anymore. I believe this product keeps my blood sugar from tanking so I prepare a healthy meal rather than just grab unhealthy snacks.

Product says that it helps with weight management. I have been taking these for a couple of months, and I am gaining weight. I am a vegan that eats 2 meals a day with nothing in between. I don't eat a lot of sugar or junk foods. This product is not working for me.
