That said, I am buying my second jar of this berberine because I am enjoying the positive effects.My sugar cravings are pretty wild, and get worse around my menses. When I take these pills regularly, I really don't have any cravings for most of the month, and I might get one "bad" day around my menses. This is a total net win for me, as I originally decided to try this particular supplement for the claims of reducing sugar cravings. When I don't take it regularly, I definitely feel like I am snackier and want more sweets. Is it a placebo effect? Perhaps. But I have experienced these changes reliably, so I am confident in it.I don't see any change in my energy; this doesn't effect my sleep negatively, nor am I feeling more energetic throughout the day. Just a non-issue for me, personally.I find the appetite suppression to be mild, which is my preference. When taken regularly, I find I am less likely to snack throughout the day, and I am satiated with smaller portions during meals without the urge to go back for seconds "just because it tastes good". The suppressive quality is mild enough where it doesn't impact my eating schedule, though, inasmuch as I still want to have breakfast and dinner at the same time, and I am definitely hungry enough to eat when mealtimes come around. Again, this is ideal for me since I wasn't looking to "forget" to eat, I just wanted to help stop the food noise.All in all, I find this supplement to be incredibly helpful in my ongoing health journey and will continue to use it.

This product is kind of crazy. I’ve tried so many different things to help me drop a few pounds, and this honestly has been the first thing to help me. I haven’t noticed any side effects after my first bottle. What I have noticed is forgetting to eat completely. You’re supposed to take one before each meal, but for a few days after my body got used to it, I was having a protein bar in the morning and then not eating all day. No snacking. No hunger. I’ve set reminders on my phone to at least have a protein shake for lunch. These aren’t a magic pill, you have to work to change your nutrition and activity level, but these have been so helpful to stop cravings. There’s 20mg of caffeine in each so I would not say they boost my energy levels that much but overall I am pleasantly surprised so far!

I really wanted to give it a try but the product didn’t work for me. I started with 2 tablets a day, first in the morning with breakfasts, and the second with lunch. I took it for 4 days and decided to give up. I was hoping my symptoms would get better but instead they were worsening. First, bloated stomach, constipation and really bad mood. My cravings didn’t reduce. Instead I think I got palpitation, and high anxiety. I also got really tired, more tired than usual. I stopped it after 4 days and everything got back to normal. Sorry I wasted all this money for nothing.

I have been on a very strict <20 Keto Plan for 5 years. I fast quite often and I just started using a CGM. I was finding borderline type Glucose levels and a Dawn Effect I had no control over even when fasted. I am not diabetic with a 5.4 A1C.. I have no dietary glucose but I obviously have hepatic glycogenesis. This is the first time I have taken a supplement that I actually could see the direct results from. My BG has dropped 15-20 Points. I can flatten out my dawn effect. I have lost 6lbs in 2 weeks when I couldn't get it to budge for 6 months.Only precaution is if you are not careful and are on a very low carb diet, you can put yourself in a hypoglycemic state.

I got this berberine in hopes it would help with my appetite + sugar cravings. I’ve taken it for 5 days in a row now & I have not really seen any changes or improvement in those areas. I still get hungry and want to snack. However, I have noticed a little difference in my digestion. Based off the reviews, these things work. So, I’m hoping as I take it over time it’ll start kicking in. I’m gonna continue to take the whole bottle and see if anything changes.As far as the capsules, they are fairly easy to take. You have to take three all at once though before your breakfast/lunch. My energy levels seem to be a tad bit better, not much though.So, again, hopefully some of these areas will improve over time and as I take it. It’s only been 5 full days, so we will see. I will try to remember to come back for updates.

great, high doses of Ceylon cinnamon so don't need to worry about heavy metals, solid dose of berberine & green coffee bean extract for energy & advantra z a patented blend. solid products from these guys every time! I highly recommend their magnesium L threonate for sleep!!!!!!!! triple sleep I think it is!!!!!

I used the entire product and did not see much difference in my appetite or eating habits. The taste was not bad at all and they were easy to swallow. I have been on othe GLP-1 meds and did not find this one to yield the results I was looking for. I took the medication as directed and did not loose any weight in 30 days. 😏
