I rarely leave reviews unless a product is either truly disappointing or absolutely outstanding. This one is outstanding.As a foodie who also struggles with weight management, I have tried many so called protein or healthy ramen brands. Most of them have that heavy soy or edamame taste and an odd texture that ruins the experience. This brand is completely different.The noodles taste very close to the real thing. The slight chewiness is expected with protein noodles, but it is actually satisfying, especially with the curly texture that feels like classic ramen.With 32 grams of protein per serving and no added oils, it is a dream for anyone who lifts or wants to build muscle while staying lean. The ingredients are clean, the flavor is amazing, and although the sodium is on the lighter side for me, I can easily add a little salt which makes it healthier overall.I love that it is plant based yet tastes like authentic ramen. This brand is underrated and I am honestly impressed. It makes me feel like I am eating real ramen again without the guilt.Thank you for creating such a life changing product.

The season packs are pretty gross. The noodles are thin and taste like basic 30 cent Ramen. Does NOT taste like high protein noodles. I feel ripped off by this brand.

I like them fine now I use them frequently, although the noodles are thinner with a denser texture. I agree with others that the packets aren't salty or flavorful enough. I boil mine in broth or boullion, and add dried soup vegetable mix and salt. Often I then stir fry with fresh vegetables like cabbage and carrot mix and shrimp or ham. It makes a yummy complete meal with a little help and gives me the protein I need in my low carb diet, especially since I don't eat enough meat.

32 grams of protein and 220 calories. This ramen is the bomb! But you can't follow instructions on reheating or the noodles won't cook. Use 1.25 cups of water and bring to a boil add the ramen and seasoning and let it cool for 5 min. Then remove from heat and wait 5 more min then eat. If you don't cook the noodles long enough they are too firm. You can't over cook these noodles. Rhis is the best high protein lower calorie most affordable ramen out there. I have been looking for a long time. I'm definitely buying this ramen from now on.

I didn’t mind it because I like the taste of “healthy food.” I wasn’t expecting ramen that tasted like the usual thing. But my husband and kids didn’t like it at all.

Okay, take this for what it is but I am on a diet so ...I think these taste amazing. If you know how to doctor up your Ramen, you'll be fine. I use these to make 500 calories, 50g protein meals on the quick.Boil water and poach 3 eggs for 3 minutes.In a bowl add a little bit of the hot water from the boiling eggs, the packets, 1/2 tbsp. mayo, 1 tbsp. Kinder Japanese Sauce (or something with ginger), 1 tbsp hot sauce of choice. Whisk, and then pull out eggs from boiling water and add to boil. Then cook noodles for 3 minutes and done! Add green onions or cilantro to taste.Like 8 minutes for ramen that I think tastes really good, and come on,... 500 calories and 50g of protein (plus eggs which are one of the best forms of protein). Really hard to beat. I eat this all the time. Stock up!

The lure here for me was the high protein level. I found the flavor packets off-putting…extremely salty with an artificial chicken flavor. I don’t think they should be able to market it as soup.
