It is Straightforward, and the product works as described. The issue is cleaning. You know it's a problem when it comes to a toothbrush. Soak the head in water for 30 minutes, then, if you have an air compressor, blow the dough out. Without a compressor, you have a long soak time and lots of scrubbing small holes.

This worked for the first 20 mins or so. Then without warning the holding threads snapped and the entire product is gone in less than one full use. The idea behind the item is great and if not for such a bummer of a first time use it might be good. But the material is just not good enough to hold up. I would not recommend. Maybe look for a similar item sold by a different company.

They are well made and work as described. Have two hands available to handle the pasta is far more efficient and easier than trying to juggle tasks with a manual crank pasta roller.Cleaning is a snap placing a dry, or damp microfibre cloth over the moving rollers -- set to smallest opening.

We previously bought a different one of these and promptly returned it as it was flimsy and broke in the first use, we have used this one several times and it works better, way more sturdy and overall better product, very happy
Very easy to use as long as you follow the guidelines and clean it as described-Use a wet cloth.
Very good buy. Very easy to fix and operate. The different settings are very easy to understand perform as stated. It is very sturdy and robust. Yes I do recommend other to buy and try it.
