Trying the natural method to cure methane dominant s i b o. These taste really good I can handle it have a problem swallowing pills so I like that part of it. Does help me to go to the bathroom. Need more time to find out if I can cure myself. But I would recommend trying it.

While I had great hope taking these, not sure I got any benefit from them. I have a hard time swallowing pills and just about all supplements are large capsules. So I bought several gummy type products with so, so results. I only bought one months supply and probably should continue to take them to see how well they work, but it gets kind of expensive compared to the pills that usually cost less and contain more than a months worth. I do wonder how well taking these compare to the capsule or pill brand. I guess I will never know. The flavor was great and it wasn't hard to take these at all. I do believe the ginger kept me from having any stomach issues.
