We add tabasco to some meals and we enjoy a good curry. This meal will be considered spicy and maybe too spicy for many. We thought "spicy!" as we ate it while up in 3 seconds and thoroughly enjoyed it. However the name may be slightly misleading. There is a carbonara flavor and look, but it is not mild like a carbonara. If you enjoy a bowl of pasta with 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 5 drops of tabasco, this may be for you. If you prefer a tiny pinch of pepper, then this may be overwhelming.The good news would be that this is very fixable with a slight adjustment: drain the pasta (keep 1/2 c of the cooking water) and add both packets (sauce and toppings) Smell or have a tiny taste. If it is too hot, add milk instead of the cooking water. You will probably need 3/4 cup of milk.We like spicy and have enjoyed this one. Not our favorite but we enjoy the creaminess.The thick noodles are very soft and slippery but not mushy.This dish cooks 2 different ways, stovetop and microwave. Very quick methods and clearly explained.Stovetop: boil water then add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Drain but keep 1/2 cup of the water. Add seasonings and water to pasta.

Great taste and very spicy! I do mean very though. If you don't like really hot foods I do not recommend. If you're like me and like spicy food and you're looking to be challenged it's a great buy!

At first I didn’t like but I’m obsessed now. Bought it 3 times now. Just to warn this seller has increased the price astronomically. I bought it at $6.88 anything higher is a rip off. But back to the noodles, It’s spicy for the first time but as you get used to eating it, It’s not as spicy and I always use the entire red pack. You can bring down the spice and taste the flavor more if you boil the noodles with milk.

My daughter discovered this a while back, and my store doesn’t always carry it, but I found it on Bolo. We purchase this all the time. She loves it, but it is spicy.

If you are a fan of noodles, more specifically ramen noodles, then you should love the taste of these. These noodles are known for their firmness and chewy texture, a little different from your usual corner store noodles. They even have a different aroma while simmering. This particular flavor is spicy, but not as hot as the 2x, of course. You won't be disappointed.

Nothing I can say that hasn't already been said by millions of people. This is by far my favorite ramen, I can never get sick of it; it tastes just as good as it did the first time I ate it. Actually, it's so addicting that I only let myself buy it every other month bcuz I go through it like crazy when I have it in the house.

My favorite ramen! I turn it into a soup type by adding the packets to .5 cup of water and returning noodles to the bowl. So hot, so good! Three runny eggs are a huge boost! Noodles themselves have a great texture. Probably the best of best, honestly. The 2x spicy is also good, but beware lol.

It tastes good. The package is not too big though. One is not enough for me at one time. The noodle is different from the red and black package noodles.
