Instructions are terrible (- 1 star). Follow the guidance of others in the reviews.Pre-thread all of the screw holes to make install easier.Tape was not necessary for me but use caution with the tools and go slow.Pre-fit all of the panels to identify where the challenges might be.On the passenger side, the additional mount needs to be placed very high to get proper screw alignment. Loosen the ground screw, do not remove it.Drivers side top of the panel requires a large torx to loosen the screw for the slide-tab.Easy to determine which mount is for which side once you figure out that the slot in the bracket is for the tab that protrudes on the body panel and the arms need to point forward. I added a photo of the passenger side as a reference (sorry started the idea of a review half-way through the project).Photos of final install (driver and passenger) - preinstall of passenger side.I hope this information helps someone else. The product is very nice and will work well. I prefer the screw install versus other brands that use double side tape. The final product looks good on the car and I would recommend these to others.

After reading all the reviews and then deciding I only wanted to spend $70.00 vs 200 plus for the same darn thing, I choose these. Now, the instructions are pretty much useless.The left side (Passenger) grille is the piece with 2 notches in it and the top of it has the double sided sticky tape attached to it, it uses the smaller of the 2 big black brackets, This is attached to the screw inside the vent holding the fender to the body at the bottom. Simply take the screw out, put the bracket in and screw it back together. Take Your left side grille place it inside aligning the two holes to the bracket, you have to slightly bend the piece to get it into place, use the 2 black screws provided to attach the piece to the bracket. ( I found the tiny Allen wrench is a pain to use in that spot, I used I much longer Allen wrench for ease). Then bend the top towards you enough to take off the backing of double sided tape, keep in mind to clean the area where it is going to lay against the inside so it sticks good. Then simply stick it in place and hold for 20 seconds. It will be very secure.The right side grille has only one notch in it. This uses the larger bracket and has the additional small bracket. (I did not use the smaller bracket, as it made no sense to do so). Remove the screw at the bottom like you did on the left side and attach the bracket putting the screw back in. This grille takes a bit more to get it into place and line up the holes on the bracket to screw it in. Take your time and it will go. Get your screws started and then attach the top piece. On my C8 I had two black screws at the top, I used the one closer to the back, I simply loosened it up enough to slide the bracket into place, and then screwed it back down. The top of the grille has a notch for it to go around the screw. This is where I saw no need for the other bracket as it simple attaches under the screw. I suppose you can attach the top first and then the bottom. Don't forget to tightened the lower screws when you get the top done.If you look at the pics I sent, The first 2 are of the left side (Passenger) and you can see how the bracket sits in place, the last 2 show the right side (Drivers) bottom and top where I attached it to the factory screw.Hope this helps.They are very secure and will be great at protecting your radiators. I found them to be very well made.

Included screws and tool very weak. Almost impossible to screw-in without carefully enlarging the hole.Took long time to install due to ill-fitting screws.Looks good once installed.

Instructions are pretty terrible and I did go to the hardware store for different screws, but the screens do fit well onto the car. I used other people’s reviews on here for help with figuring things out, and the entire installation process took probably 20 minutes for both sides. The longest part of this project was applying my own paintwork to the screens before putting them in place.

Get ready to drop some F bombs. Patience is key. Use blue painters tape to prevent scratches around the area. Instructions are useless. Once it’s said and done they fit great.

Don't bother wasting your time. Like the other reviews had major install issues and ended up breaking it so now I'm out the product and money. Definitely regret buying this.
