Very tasty seasoning with just the right amount of crunch and not spicy. Wish they weren’t so expensive but I check for sales whenever I’m shopping online.

Extremely salty, if you are suffering from any form of cardiac issues, please do not eat this product. The one that i tried had so much salt in it that it was inedible.

This would have been a 5+ star review but....As loyal fans of chicharrones, my wife and I have made multiple purchases of 4505 Meats' Classic Chili & Salt Pork Rinds through both Whole Foods and Bolo Fresh. At their best, these pork rinds are outstanding—crispy, flavorful, and delivering a perfect balance of chili warmth and salty crunch. The seasoning blend, when done right, is absolutely addictive. Unfortunately, that’s where the consistency ends.Despite our repeated attempts and genuine hope with each new bag, the experience has been a frustrating game of seasoning roulette. Some bags come nearly devoid of flavor—so bland they might as well be puffed cellulose. Others are buried under a mountain of salt or overloaded with chili powder, to the point of being inedible. It's a wild swing from tasteless to unbearable, and rarely do we land in that sweet spot of “just right.”This inconsistency has become a dealbreaker. We now find ourselves buying multiple bags at once, just to get one or two that are actually enjoyable. That’s not sustainable. It’s disappointing to throw out product that clearly wasn’t seasoned properly—especially at the price point 4505 commands.We’re now actively searching for an alternative snack that delivers more reliable quality. It’s a real shame, because when these chicharrones are seasoned properly, they are genuinely some of the best on the market. But the current production standards are failing the product—and the customers—hard.Fair warning to new buyers: if you get a good bag, you’ll love it. If not, you may find yourself tossing it straight into the trash. I sincerely hope 4505 Meats takes this feedback seriously and re-examines their seasoning process. At the very least, they should consider replacing bags that are clearly defective due to poor seasoning. A great product deserves great execution—and right now, 4505 is falling short.
