These are my absolute favorite bars out there. They have the cleanest, real ingredients- no artificial flavors, no weird chemicals or fillers (like soy lechitin, gums, etc.). The protein+ ones are great for travel as they have 15g of protein and keep you full for hours. As a coffee lover the coffee & cashew combo really hits the spot for me.Texture wise- they are more crunchy with actual pieces of cashews in there. I like that as opposed to the sticky texture other bars have that get stuck in your teeth. So I’m personally a big fan of the texture and the taste. I think they taste perfectly sweet but when you look at ingredients, you will see that there are NO ADDED SUGARS! Which is amazing and unique for protein bars. Most bars out there will have 10s of grams of added sugar which will spike your blood sugar levels and keep you searching for more snacks within the next hour. But the high fiber, low sugar and high protein content of BTR bars will keep you full for hours. They’re also ideal for keto and low carb diets as most of the carbs come from fiber which is good for digestion.So overall - just get them! They are at a great price point considering they use the highest quality ingredients. I’m a cancer biologist by training and these are the only bars I ever eat!

I really wanted to like these. They were so gross , I litterly tried 3 and gave the rest away. Dry chalky, tasted vitaminy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these bars! We're both in our mid-seventies and have been eating "clean" for a few years. As we got older we realized we needed more protein and have virtually eliminated sugar (added sugar anyway). So after much research and trying several brands, we found one that we both really really like. This one checks all our "boxes." The ingredients are "clean" , the protein content is great, they are pretty filling and aren't too dry. They're a little pricey but we cut out processed foods and sugar so...we don't spend money on things we don't like or eat...so, we'll continue ordering and enjoying these exceptional bars!

Very much appreciate the clean ingredients and the macro balance. I tried four flavors and found them all dry and chalky tasting. I was very hopeful for the peanut butter crisp to replace another bar I loved that isn't made anymore but found the crisps hard vs crispy. Flavors are good but overall a texture issue for me. With some tweaks these could be really good

These bars are by far the cleanest and most nutrient dense in the protein bar category. You won’t find anything like it, that also taste delicious and deliver protein and fiber to leave you satiated, what a snack should be. The cinnamon cashew tastes like an actual cinnamon roll, the coffee satisfies that afternoon craving and the PB is amazing. They are best when slightly soft and are the only bars I buy now, with a purposeful mission that makes my money well spent.
