Having never used a massage gun before and this being my first one, I don't have much of a basis to compare too. It feels solidly built with good heft and is surprisingly quiet. The force feels adequate, especially if using on sore muscles, and takes a decent amount of force to stall out. Unfortunately for me, the hot/cold head attachment was DOA right out of the box. However, a couple of simple emails and they promptly shipped me a new one (on May 30) and it arrived within 3 days (June 2). There aren't as many companies as there should be that stand behind their products but this is one that does. While I have dealt with some other companies that had great customer service, I've never had a company reach out again after the fact to ensure that the product was working as it should and that I was satisfied with everything. The fact they bothered to follow up afterwards when they really didn't have to shows they care and that gets a 5 star from me.

I have bought 5 Bob and Brad massagers (3 different ones for me and 2 for my in-laws) and they all have been great. On 1 of them the battery started having some issues after over a year. It was out of warranty but I figured I'd contact B&B customer support to see if they'd do anything for me, hoping I could maybe get a discount code or something towards a new one. They asked me to send a video of what it was doing. After reviewing the video the promptly sent me a brand new one for free. Wow, thanks Bob and Brad. My first B&B massager is going on 3 years now without any issues, they really are a great quality product and company.

Just got this today 6/18/2025. So far very impressed with the hot and cold adapter. Honestly feels like this will be a game changer in healing my shoulder injury. Will report back. But so far so good. The massager is very powerful and the hot and cold adapter switches back and forth from hot to cold in the matter of seconds.

I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It's been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I"d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It's easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it!Recently, my massager wouldn't charge so I called customer service. I can't say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE!It's for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It's quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

Great massage gun . Really like the attachment with the warm and cooling. Great battery life ! Even though it stopped working after a couple of months the company was great on sending me a new one right away!

I bought the older version of this model and it lasted about 4 years. The massage is deeper than other models I've tried. The only problem I had was the rubber/silicone grip kept sliding off - I had to tape it in place with electrical tape, and that covered the charge indicator lights. One small flaw - but otherwise quality massage gun.

After going through a bunch of different massagers over the last few years we finally landed on the Bob and Brad. Well it hasn’t disappointed, solid construction and quieter than others this massager has been able to handle the heavy use it gets in our household. IMO for the price you can’t do much better.
