The item quality is better than I was expecting for a boxing machine. It was entertaining at first but after a week or so I lost interest. My kids love it, and it helps them practice their karate punches that want on me. The gloves that came with it are not as great. Compared to real boxing gloves, these lack padding and might need to buy real ones. Finding a place to hang it is a problem as well. If you want to go full mike tyson on it it may cause indentations on your drywall. The closes place that was sturdy, was drilling it on the garage masonry wall. If you can. I'd look at stands if your going to use this for a much longer time. Otherwise I'd go with something else like a badguy punching bag or those punching bags that stand on its own.

I bought this as my son‘s Christmas gift, I could say that the whole family have a fun using it, , Installation process was straightforward and hassle free, the wall mount design is sturdy, it’s not only a fun way to burn off some calories. I find it particularly helpful for improving hand_ eye coordinations, the design is sleek black, which blended beautifully with my living room. When I have a rough day, I just turned onto this boxing machine and let off some steam, . I couldn’t be happier with my decision., I will update in three months or so, but so far I definitely recommended!

i used this once and then went on holiday. When I came back it never worked again. Too late to return and seller is unresponsive. All you get is adhesive strips that will tear your paint. Back is loose and will break easily. Beware . Don’t believe the 5 star reviews.

I got this as a Christmas gift and was so excited and loved it - until it started malfunctioning and quit staying charged, would quit in the middle of a workout, sound in and out. Only lasted 3 months of everyday use. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!In the market for a better one

Originally I got this machine for myself to workout, but turned out everyone loves it. The package came fast and packaged nicely, didn't know it comes with a pair of boxing gloves which is nice. It's very easy to setup, and can easily adjust height for everyone. The machine is sturdy and with nice speaker, I enjoy the music when I work out. It also burns my son's excessive energy, my husband also punch it when he feels stressed from work. Its truly a great value for us, we all love and have fun with it.

Full disclosure, due to mobility issues I have limited arm strength and have been looking to add to at-home exercises for both strengthening and cardio. Cue in the boxing machine - wow! Told my physiotherapist I bought one of these and before I could say anything more after showing her a picture gave it an enthusiastic 100% yes of how beneficial this will be. The targets are great for focus and momentum and the counter for goals. I don't pack a hard punch and when I started, despite the number of times I actually punched, I would reach between 20-35 on the counter in any one go. Just a few weeks later, today I reached 254 on the counter in approx 10 mins and am connecting way more on the first pumch than I was in the beginning. All relative to the person and ability but this is an excellent at-home workout and purchase with flexible setup options and various settings on the machine. Great battery life too. Everyone who has seen it or tried it is impressed!
Surprisingly Fun and Great for a Quick Workout
it’s way more fun than I expected. You can adjust the speed, which is great because I started slow and gradually worked my way up. It really gets your heart rate up even after just 10–15 minutes.You can connect your own music via Bluetooth which make it more suitable for your own tastes. The strike feedback feels solid, not cheap or hollow. It doesn’t wobble or slide around either, which I was a bit worried about. That said, it’s not some high-end professional boxing machine — but for home use, especially if you want something fun and sweat-inducing, this does the job really well. Definitely a good pick if you’re bored with traditional workouts.
