Works great. I recommend if you are looking to lower portion size. These will help to curb your appetite and keep you feeling full. I eat a lot less when I take them

I was very happy to find a glucomannan supplement including vitamin B and fiber as well. My main goal was to improve my digestive health, but I also see that this can assist with cholesterol levels. The pills do not have any unpleasant taste, and are a bit bigger than a typical tylenol extra strength pill. Whenever I decide to try a new vitamin or supplement, I prefer to have had heard of the company I buy from. To my surprise, I already had a few things from Genius, so I was more comfortable with the purchase. Another preference of mine is for the supplements to be made in the USA, Non-gmo, and 3rd party testing is a great bonus. My only pause comes from them being labeled as vegan, but also having a disclaimer that this supplement may have been handled with non-vegan products. I am not super picky about that kind of thing, but I know some people might be. Other than that, I would recommend these.

Very easy the swallow, makes you eat less, the functionaliy of these pills is to lower postprandial (after-meal), pain relief for blood glucose due to its ability to absorb water, reducing food digestion and absorption , worth the money!

I was nervous to take this after reading reviews about a choking sensation, so I put some capsules in a glass of water to see how fast they dissolved. Obviously they would dissolve faster with acid in the stomach, but it definitely seemed safe enough to swallow. But after they dissolved, they didn't take up much volume. I was hoping for a big bloom of fiber to fill up the stomach, and when they were expanded, both together were like the size of a cherry. I took two about 30 minutes before eating lunch and ate my usual portion (large, because it's my first meal of the day) and still felt kind of hungry after :/ I'll probably continue to take them since I already paid for them, but not really expected any miracles.

These are great. Definitely help appetite suppressant and im not snacking as much throughout the day or craving as much sugar. Most appetite suppressants have given me anxiety but not these. In my experience I would recommend taking them 10-15min before eating food. Also if you have any extra cravings, Yogi Blueberry slim tea helps on top of it.

I did an experiment. Two capsules in water didn’t dissolve very much in over an hour and a half. They were just two gelatinous blobs in the glass. Same rate for hot water..very slow to dissolve into blobs. I opened the capsules and put in water and it made a thick liquid. So, probably a glucomannan powder would be more effective to fill you up.
