I had one similar to this a while ago but its plate warped almost immediately and it only came with 2 and was in the end a bit of a hassle with it tiny tiny side opening but THIS ONE is a much MUCH better improvement all around. Firstly, it comes with 4 plates for various tasks and thats wonderful so I can use my small embossing folders but even better the opening is slightly larger than most other mini die cutting machine like it. This means most of my cutting die sets will run through this and I dont always have to lug out my large full size big shot or gemini jr or whatever else. Its also absolutley portable and the handle folds which makes it tuck into my craft bag effortlessly, but it locks in place for cutting which is important for ease of us. It isnt difficult any all to roll through the cutting plates and has cut everything perfectly for me. I have included a photo of the card I just made, cutting every single piece out using this little machine ((except for the card base itself because I cut and score those in advance to have on hand when I need them)) So if your looking for a secondary or easier to pull out and user machine I really believe this is it. Not impressed. Only cut through text weight paper, but not completely. Came with 2 thinner plates, which are useless, plus A and B plates. I wanted this because of size. I will go back to Sizzix.
