If you want a cheaper version of the elf power grip primer this is it. It works exactly like it, it even has the same amount of stick. I would recommend buying this. On a hot summer day that was at least 90 degrees I used that primer and it did not move at all.

Although this product did somewhat smooth portions of my chin line, as I wished, it was not hydrating in the least. It made my skin feel almost like plastic. Unless you are very diligent in making sure it is evenly applied and has plenty of time to throughly dry out, it will make both liquid and powder makeup appear blotchy.
