The controller looks very nice, and buttons and triggers are very crisp. D pad is as good as any other controller I've used. It feels very light compared to others but easy to adjust to. When I first plugged in the controller i used the usb port on the front of my xbox. Sadly it would disconnect/reconnect (often) during gameplay. Assuming it was a bad USB cord, I tried others I had, only to find out that none of the other cords I own will fit the usbc port on controller. I was pretty aggravated and ready to send the controller back but decided to try the USB port on the back of my Xbox just to make sure it wasn't an issue on my end. Since I've used the rear port on Xbox I've had no disconnects and controller has worked flawlessly. I'm very satisfied!

I was very skeptical of all the features being advertised with this controller, for such a reasonable price. If something seems too good to be true, it usually is. This item is a rare exception. The remapping abilities built into the controller. Mixing options, for game and party chat, built into the controller. A MUTE button, built in. 2 built in paddles on the back, which can be locked in place to prevent accidental pressing. The joysticks are made to prevent stick drift, and the joysticks themselves are also replaceable and interchangeable. Same with the cover plate of the controller itself. Other color cover plates can be purchased and swapped out. Customization options, ease of access and usability, quality components and materials, and at an absolutely unbeatable price! Many controllers from other companies that charge triple the price of Gamesir, and they don't do half of what Gamesir can. I highly highly recommend this controller. It really is a win/win situation when buying this. I didn't even mention the included Gamepass trial, and stickers.

Been using it for more then 2 weeks first wired controller I've own in over 20 years works very well, very responsive buttons work well and the customizable back buttons help out alot and the hair triggers are great

Bought the first one on 9/9/24 it refused to stay connected at 1000hz. Only 250hz worked on PC. I pursued the support avenues of going to their Discord which is a waste! They keep latest firmware updates hidden and refuse to share or post them. Their own software doesn't update to the latest firmware either. Needless to say latest firmware does not keep these controllers at 1000hz, they want you to run a file that adds a registry change which works only while Windows 11 is running, one reboot and the change is gone because it's not done properly and Windows 11 removes it. So you have to constantly keep installing this usb patch to get 1000hz on PC to work.Don't ask why I was dumb enough to buy a second controller on 9/25/24 but I did. It had surprise the exact same issues! Cannot keep the 1000hz settings under Windows 11. Their so called support in Discord had a solution if you wish to call it that. They recommend I downgrade to Windows 10 or Windows 7. I'm sorry but why on earth would I want to run a obsolete and unsupported OS just for your controller?They've contacted my via Bolo messaging only after leaving the first controllers review as bad. The message they gave me is basically " we want to make it right" but did nothing to do that.All the time in the Discord they ignore you and act like you are bothering them by asking for support. The Discord is full of clueless script kiddies using obsolete OS's. Emails to their support go unanswered and warranty claim is impossible. They reply to no email addresses I've contacted.If these controllers are NOT able to run at 1000hz in Windows 11 then STOP advertising them as able to do so because they are NOT.Also the included USB cables look great, except for the fact the are so cheaply made they only last a few weeks, just long enough to make it past the Bolo return window.SO now I have 2 of these useless controllers, they work with my own provided USB cable but they do not keep the 1000hz settings no matter what. There are other controllers on Bolo that run at 1000hz and you need to do nothing, they work right out the box and keep the 1000hz setting.I don't recommend these, they only last long enough so you cannot send them back and the Manufacture only wants good reviews and does nothing else to support the product or refund you.To the support person who doesn't want bad reviews on Bolo. Make a working product and change the description, it's not working under Windows 11 and you know it. You also don't have software capable of even updating to the latest firmware, which you attempt to blame 99% of the issues on and it's not that at all.Want to make it right? Refund the people who had these trash controllers survive 30 days and become useless and those who you ran around for over 30 days trying to get support of your useless Discord and bogus email addresses.

Such a great controller . Light and very responsive. Feels great in the hand . At first it felt too light but after a couple uses it feels great !

This is a really nice controller. The joysticks and buttons feel great. The triggers don't click but the bumpers above do. It looks very "quality". The cord has a braided cover, and looks nice, but is a bit stiff out of the box.HOWEVER, the shape may be uncomfortable for some people. The handles are sloped down too much. It's probably fine if you have small hands or are used to certain controllers. I just couldn't find a comfortable way to hold it. I ended up wanting to loosely hold it with my pinkies, but I couldn't "grasp" it. That combined with the light weight and cord made if very awkward. If I really grabbed it, my thumbs ended up way to high to use the controls. I do not have particularly large hands (I'm 5'7" tall and slim, medium gloves). I don't have much experience with controllers, so other people may be used it. I found another one which felt better. It has a flatter top, which allowed me to grasp it much better in my palm, even though it wasn't as wide as this one.

Birthday gift for a little one. I always would break my controller easily and G7 is one of the few brands that makes a sturdy controller with great features that stands out from the others, so having one that a kid can use without worry is a must. The face place comes off so if you're interested in custom painting the front thats easily an option without having to screw off any pieces, it's held with mini magnets and snaps back in place. Overall well trusted and the options for creativity are endless.
Original Usb cable was already broken
It was not connecting at all. The original usb cable was broken. To bad I have to send everything back because of one cable. So I hope the can send me only a new cable.

Was man hier für ca 50 Euro bekommt ist absolut erstaunlich.Die Qualität ist absolut top.Die Sticks sind Hallsticks und ohne Potentiometer was verschleißt und somit oft Stick Drift auslöst.Das Problem wird man hier nicht bekommen.Die Sticks haben einen absolut angenehmen Widerstand und die Präzision ist gegenüber dem Original oder Elite Series 2 Controller sagenhaft!In COD oder anderen Spielen kann man die Stick-Todeszone auf 0 Stellen ohne jeglichen Drift.Beim nagelneuen Elite Series 2 nicht möglich. Dort bekommt man ab 5 schon einen spürbaren Drift.Desweiteren ist die Frontplatte einfach austauschbar da sie mit Magneten gehalten wird, und die Sticks kann man ebenfalls in Sekunden austauschen.Ein kleines Nachteil ist natürlich das Kabel, welches aber wiederum den riesen Vorteil bietet, dass man keine Leere Batterien oder Akkus mehr hat. Desweiteren hat man keine Latenz gegenüber Funk! Das Spielerlebnis ist mit Kabel deutlich besser da alles noch direkter reagiert.Die Gamesir App auf der Series X funktioniert Tadellos und ist intuitiv zu bedienen.
