Its super light so it can go over any color, and using the magnet to coordinate where the shine goes is sooo easy to use. This is an excellent product and will order from this brand again.

This is the first time I have gotten magnetic gel polish. I got compliments on my nails. I purchased a separate magnetic tool to do special effects, but the one that comes with it was easier to use. Some reviews say it didn’t work, but it did for me. It is a very subtle movement at first, and if you put it in a place for too long, it causes all the sparkles to move away. When I put it behind my finger or to the sides, I could then see the magnetic sparkles move. It lasted on my Beetle false nails for 3 weeks. It lasted about 2 weeks on my natural nails using a UV base and top coat.

It's very pretty if you can get the flash right, but I will need to try again when I get a stronger magnet and then update my review then, because the magnet that came with it doesn't do as good of a job. It works, but I feel it would be muuuuch more vibrant and flashy with a stronger magnet. Also the base color, the color you see when you're not seeing the flash, the color that you see when you're not out in direct light, is a very strange gray color. It's very strange, but perhaps it would look better if I put a purple or blue base coat under this polish. My last complaint is that this polish is SOOO THICK! if you like a thick polish, maybe for line work or drawing, you might like this! But it's so thick that when you go to put the brush/lid back in the bottle to close it/get more polish on the brush, it causes an air bubble & then polish spills out. This is gel polish! I do not want it all over my hands or skin lol. So, maybe it's on me for not using a colored base coat AND not owning a stronger magnet than what came with, AND for not knowing how thick this polish would be, but I mean hey 🤷♀️ that said, the advertisement pic is pretty & I'll be very happy if I can get mine to look like that. Bottle size is great. No peeling or lifting on gel x nails. Texture is once again very thick. Not nearly as bright as the pic.

The media could not be loaded. Took a point off for the misleading advertisement because the base is actually a mauveinstead of pink as shown.Otherwise, the product itself has been great, it’s smooth, easy to work with, and has a medium viscosity. The polish base is a muted mauve jelly with flecks of finely milled pink-gold glitter, and silver cateye glitter.When used on its own — first photo (1 coat, no magnet) — the polish looks like a shimmery metallic mauve, when you look closely you can see the blend of both silver and pink-gold glitter. With just 1 medium coat, you’re able to achieve full opacity if you leave it as is.When used with a magnet — video (2 coats, magnetized both layers) — you can manipulate the silver cateye particles to your desired shape and this reveals the mauve and pink-gold shimmer base. This takes about 2 layers if you want to achieve a semi-opaque base.And the best part — second photo (1 coat, magnetized) — the temperature change actually works! When your hands and fingers are warm the jelly base turns into a semi-translucent white-grey that makes the cateye pop even more. The photo doesn’t do it just because it looks sort of flat and grey, but in person it leans white and is actually my favorite and preferred look of the combinations.

This color and cat eye gel is so beautiful and easy to apply and use with the magnet. I can't stop wearing it, it's classy, not too glittery and has more sheen so it looks mature and not like kiddie glitter. It's more shimmer than glitter. Trendy, fashionable, easy to apply, but buy gel clean up. Easy to remove.

Tried to leave only 1 star but it wouldn’t let me. This wasn’t anything like the color advertised. However it’s cute. The product is extremely thick and stringy like it’s old I had to keep cleaning the brush off with paper towel. This is not a shine polish at all. I would go find something else don’t buy this one. You won’t get what the photo shows.

Super pretty color is not as dark as it looks in the picture. It is more of an opaque color, but I’m sure with a few more coats, it would be more like the photo! So cool for Halloween!
