I like how this 4 inch roof vent cap comes with a damper. Our old one did not have a damper so the outside wind and temperature would constantly come in. This solves the problem of that happening. I highly recommend getting a cap with a damper in it.

Works fine, except that in windy conditions, with the vent fan off, the flapper vibrates line crazy, making a ton of noise.
