I really like these high quality vitamin D and K supplements. I worry about taking supplements that aren’t actually absorbed in your system and was previously taking my D&K in oil form. This is so much easier, especially when traveling! I have had no stomach upset, with a great vitamin content. I feel like the absorption rate is especially the same as my previous liquid form. I also like the amount of supplements that you get for the price! It makes my fixed budget happy!

Because they're soft gels, when they arrived, they had combined into a large brick of vitamins. Similar to a box of chocolate candy left in a warm car. I'm not sure, if I'm being honest, whether or not I feel any difference, but my understanding is that D3 helps my calcium absorption, which I take because without my thyroid, my calcium levels are too low. So short story long, easy to swallow and the coconut oil smells really good. No bad aftertaste, and you get a lot for the money. Will buy again if my labs look better than my last one.

Bad Quality packaging
The zipper bagged's zip got removed after a week. Use a good quality packaging at least since it has tablets for almost a year.
Works as intended
To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

Have reordered this item and will continue to use it. Was taking Vit D3 for 7 years with no effect whatsoever and bone loss. After much research found that taking a combination of VIT K2 & D3 enables the body to better absorb and distributes the Calcium to the bone and not the organs or arteries.
