I love this treadmill. I could easily assembled by following the instructions and works perfectly fine from day1. It has become a daily routine and a part of my daily activities. My in-laws to my 10 year old daughter everyone feels happy about the purchase and ease of handling

Very happy with this purchase - overall well-designed, the belt is smooth and nicely cushioned, and the controls are easy to use with a nice set of options for different workout types. The single-press speed and incline settings are nice to have, and I had no trouble connecting the console to the iFit app on my phone, but it's apparently not possible to connect to it via Bluetooth to play my own audio through the build-in speakers (it does have an aux jack however). As for noise level, I don't find it any louder or quieter than other treadmills I've used.As far as setup goes, be aware that the box is extremely heavy. I'm an average height and weight male and was just able to drag it into my house through the garage from the driveway where it was delivered. So I would say that the additional in-house delivery service is necessary if you don't have a couple of strong people to carry it. I'm fairly handy and assembly took me about 2 hours, but I wasn't able to complete the final step (installing the storage arm under the unit) as there is no safe way to hold the base up while working on it alone (I don't plan to use the storage option anyway). Note that it doesn't come with wheels, so I recommend assembling it in its final placement or getting some furniture sliders if you think you'll need to move it at all. Because I didn't see it in the specifications, I'll note here that the height from the floor to the belt is about 8 inches, if you're concerned about head room due to a low ceiling, as I was. One last thing - the unit won't operate at all unless the safety key (magnetic red plastic box) is in placed on the console, so if you turn the unit on and it does nothing but beep, that is the reason.

NordicTrack T6.5The treadmill is the best of three that I have owned. Quiet and smooth belt. Easy to operate without a monthly fee. It is heavy! Once it is out of the packaging it goes pretty smooth. Everything fits and engages perfectly. I am 72 and put it together with my wife helping on only two occasions. I paid the $20 to have it delivered to the actual location where I assembled it and that was worth the cost. Packaging etc was in perfect shape. One tip: I originally ordered the package deal with the mat and lube included. The lube is contraindicated to use on the belt by the manufacturer and after laying down the pad, I sent it back and bought a real rubber backed floor mat. The only other caveat is keeping the box and packaging for a month or so (where do you store a box that is as big as your car??) well it is is the garage for the time being. 🤔

I had a commercial size NordicTrack I bought in 2015 and it finally conked out on me after using it 5-7 days a week running or walking on inclines. I would be on it for 30 mins or up to 2 hours depending on what I was doing. I got this smaller version because I know how difficult it is to move the monster size ones. Fits nicely in a corner. It is a good size and can fold up. It does not have all the extra features such as a built-in fan, but so far so good. It does have a weight limit, and I don’t remember if my previous treadmill had one. It works with iFit, which is a monthly subscription for $40/month. I think it’s worth it, as it works with your treadmill and provides other workouts such as weight training and yoga. I have been using it for moderate walks on an 8% incline while watching on my iPad (secured on the treadmill). I notice that I break out in a sweat as much as I do when I do a jog. It was fairly straightforward to build except for the part of securing one piece. You’ll know what it is when you get to that part of the assembly.

I bought this for my mother, it arrived on time. No issues. I paid for the expert installation, which we had no problems. 15 minutes after the technician left, the thing stopped working. Of course I was at work, so when this occurred my mom did not know what to do. She called the tech back and he confirmed he could not figure out why it stopped. Later that evening I stopped by my moms house to see what the story was. Everything seemed to work except the belt. Now I have to call NordicTrack and see when they can send someone out. Bolo, is pretty good about offering solutions as far as returns.I was given 3 options.1. Call Norditrack2. Have a local repair person fix it, and they would refund me $120.003. Complete refund on both the unit and shipping (I would assume the 3 year maintenance plan).I am giving this 1 star because despite some of the good and bad stories, there should be no reason why this thing should have died.I am hoping I get a quick response tomorrow and we can work from there.I will update as we go along.***************UPDATESo it was initially decided that the motor was broken on the machine by the technician who was dispatched about a week later. It took about 2 weeks to receive another motor. Add a few days to dispatch another tech at this point we are talking almost a month since the machine has arrived. (I was actually contemplating of just doing a return because it was nearing the time to pay the charge on my credit card.) Back to the story, so the tech shows up, we have the new motor, and an excited mom, I then find out that its not the motor, but the control panel. Again back to square one, another 2 weeks for delivery. Again a couple days to dispatch a technician once the part arrived. Tech arrived installed the new control panel and the machine runs, and hasn't had a problem since. Its been working with no issues for about 2 months now. Mom is happy, but I'm not really sure it was worth it. At this point I can't recommend purchasing this unit through this sales channel. Bolo was perfect but I don't know if it is Norditrack, the warehouse who holds this equipment, XPO who ships this equipment, the tech who installed this equipment... bottom line... a product was purchased for over $700 and it didn't work for almost two months from the day the transaction was completed. We weren't given anything for our troubles. Yes we weren't told "oh well sorry no refunds, all sales are final", we were offered a refund of $120 if we decided to let Norditrack off the hook and go with a local repair person, but there was nothing saying "we are sorry for what happened, the month and a half that was lost will be on us" (the company that failed to delight you as a customer). The only power as a customer is a review, to forewarn others of such an awful experience.I work in the customer service industry, so I know how hard it can be to please customers. I bought this treadmill during an unbeatable Bolo sale (thank you Bolo!!!) and added the very reasonable Room of Choice delivery plus a 2-year Asurion warranty for peace of mind. For the price, this treadmill is unbeatable.It’s a solid, full-sized treadmill that offers speeds up to 10 MPH (I’ll never get near that top speed 😅) and inclines up to 10%, which is a great way to add intensity to walking workouts. The hydraulic lift is a nice touch that's usually only seen on much higher end models and it makes the treadmill easy to fold up - it’s surprisingly lightweight when lifting the track.I also appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the small hole in the water bottle holder that prevents puddles if your water bottle drips.I can't comment on setup as I paid for the installation - I'm not a handy person but there are Yotube videos showing the installation process for those who are handy.Also, even though there's an ad included in the treadmill box saying to sign up with iFit before turning on the treadmill, I’ve never signed up for iFit and have had zero issues—zero lag time to start my treadmill workout, no unwanted pop-ups. I just press the power button at the front base (the "reset/off" button), hit “start” on the treadmill main panel and I’m good to go. You do not need to sign up for iFit whatsoever -once the treadmill is assembled, you can just turn it on and go. I watch shows on my iPad while walking/jogging, so I wasn't interested in the iFit subscription.Now, are there a couple of things that could improve with the treadmill? Sure - it could use a pause button (there is no pause button - it's either "stop" or "start"), I do wish there was a bit more track space before the front deck starts since in the beginning I did accidentally hit my foot/sneaker on the front deck (I'm used to it now and don't walk/jog as close to the front panel), and it could have other features that higher end treadmills have....but you know what? Then the price would be in a higher tier as well. If you’re looking for a dependable treadmill at a great value, this one is a no-brainer and I'm really happy with it.Finally, a huge shout-out to the Bolo delivery team (Brar and Amrit) who managed to get this treadmill into my basement—a tough job, and they handled it like pros.

The Only Review That You Need To Read.
It’s better than expected and it’s built super sturdy. I’m 6’2 and just under 260 lbs and it does everything that I need when it comes to sturdiness, tread size and functionality.The only down side is that you have to download an App and jump through a couple hoops in order to get it started, but once you get it started it’s easy to use and a solid buy. Also, delivery was a couple days late but given the world climate right now combined with the size, I wasn’t surprised.Prior to ordering on Bolo I had tried to order a treadmill straight from Horizon Fitness after lengthy research, but after the transaction was approved, a month later I was notified that they didn’t deliver to my location in the city, and I’m not sure if that was the actual reason given the high demand for home exercise equipment. That being said, when I searched on Bolo for a treadmill almost everything was “out of stock”, and with me being a bigger dude, I needed one that had the necessary specs to handle my size in order to get a good sweat on. So after further research on manufacturers and specs, I was lucky to find this unit that satisfied all my requirements/needs with only “2 left in stock” at a reasonable price, and it was delivered straight to my door and I’m super happy with it.With all that is happening in this upside down world right now, I recognize the need to support local business but in some circumstances that is extremely difficult, and say what you will about Bolo and their success during these trying times. In my experience, with an increase in online purchases, Bolo has in place the capacity, inventory and capabilities to deliver when needed. I know that there is much controversy surrounding Bolo with their employee practices and their social, environmental and political impacts as well, but given the current world climate Bolo has continued to deliver consumer goods and necessities in a timely fashion in order to provide some semblance of normalcy during these trying times and I can respect that. That being said, I also believe that Bolo has the ability, the resources and the social responsibility to do more to help their hard working employees and their worldwide community of consumers/supporters as many local businesses that support their communities are currently struggling to stay alive while Bolo thrives.In conclusion, you can tell that I have some extra time on my hands given the length of this review, and with the current world climate, home exercise equipment is as, if not more popular during a pandemic than toilet paper. If you’re lucky enough to be able to get one of these units given the current supply and demand... enjoy! Moreover, if you’ve read this far into this review, to quote the legendary Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, “stay fit and stay safe!”
Excelente, muy pesada y paciencia para armarla
Excelente, sin problema con el envío y entrega, solo que es muy pesada la caja, si la van a subir a un segundo piso consideren que es muy pesada y se necesitan mas de 2 personas para movería, además el armado si te llevan como 2 horas, mucha paciencia! Incluye herramienta básica para armarla y los tornillos vienen enumerados, lean bien las instrucciones. Para armarla igual se ocupan 2 o si se pueden 3 personas porque al último hay que sostener el peso de la banda para armar los últimos pasos.

Excelente caminadora. Llegó en el tiempo estimado y su armado fue muy sencillo ya que las instrucciones son muy explicitas e incluyen la herramienta necesaria. Sin embargo se necesitan dos personas para su armado ya que la caja es muy pesada. Llevamos un mes utilizandola y no hemos tenido ningún problema, mi familia la utiliza todos los días en con diferentes velocidades e inclinaciones para correr o caminar y todo funciona a la perfeccion. No es muy ruidosa y es muy facil e intituitiva para operarla. Contiene algunas rutinas ya precargadas con diferentes niveles para quema de calorias, velocidad, e inclinación. Muy recomendable.

In my experience, with an increase in online purchases, Bolo has in place the capacity, inventory and capabilities to deliver when needed. I know that there is much controversy surrounding Bolo with their employee practices and their social, environmental and political impacts as well, but given the current world climate Bolo has continued to deliver consumer goods and necessities in a timely fashion in order to provide some semblance of normalcy during these trying times and I can respect that. That being said, I also believe that Bolo has the ability, the resources and the social responsibility to do more to help their hard working employees and their worldwide community of consumers/supporters as many local businesses that support their communities are currently struggling to stay alive while Bolo thrives.In conclusion, you can tell that I have some extra time on my hands given the length of this review, and with the current world climate, home exercise equipment is as, if not more popular during a pandemic than toilet paper. If you’re lucky enough to be able to get one of these units given the current supply and demand... enjoy! Excelente, muy pesada y paciencia para armarla
Excelente, sin problema con el envío y entrega, solo que es muy pesada la caja, si la van a subir a un segundo piso consideren que es muy pesada y se necesitan mas de 2 personas para movería, además el armado si te llevan como 2 horas, mucha paciencia! Incluye herramienta básica para armarla y los tornillos vienen enumerados, lean bien las instrucciones. Para armarla igual se ocupan 2 o si se pueden 3 personas porque al último hay que sostener el peso de la banda para armar los últimos pasos.
Excelente Caminadora
Excelente caminadora. Llegó en el tiempo estimado y su armado fue muy sencillo ya que las instrucciones son muy explicitas e incluyen la herramienta necesaria. Sin embargo se necesitan dos personas para su armado ya que la caja es muy pesada. Llevamos un mes utilizandola y no hemos tenido ningún problema, mi familia la utiliza todos los días en con diferentes velocidades e inclinaciones para correr o caminar y todo funciona a la perfeccion. No es muy ruidosa y es muy facil e intituitiva para operarla. Contiene algunas rutinas ya precargadas con diferentes niveles para quema de calorias, velocidad, e inclinación. Muy recomendable.
