Alright guys, this one comes with a bit of a story and I like to go as in depth as possible when I do reviews, so brace yourselves! I personally have very fine hair that is low porosity and type 2A (loose waves). On top of that, my hair has been thinning out for the past decade due to some health issues. The area I live in is also very dry and has hard water, which makes my hair and skin feel extremely dry unless I add various products to both to prevent that, and even then, it has been a beast trying to find anything that actually works. I have tried NUMEROUS conditioners and shampoos from several different companies, including brands like Prose that make shampoos that are specifically for your hair based off of the information that you provide and their algorithm gives them, and I honestly have just not been loving any of them. Most of the time, my hair instantly felt like straw the second after I rinsed out the shampoos I have washed my hair with. My hair also just would not retain any moisture from the conditioners once I rinsed them out then either air dried or blow dried it. My hair strands would also break very easily and I got a lot of scalp acne. I have tried using several different methods to help alleviate this issue like letting my hair sit under warm water for a couple of minutes before applying shampoo to help open the cuticles, rinsing my hair under cold water when rinsing out the conditioner, using deep conditioners (deep conditioners so far have been the only thing that has worked and left my hair feeling pretty decently hydrated), etc. In other words, literally nothing I have tried has worked how I needed/wanted until I went back to the basics and tried products that I used to use as a teenager and loved. This set of products was one of one of them! I intially purchased this brand of shampoo and conditioner from Walmart several years ago, before their product's label changed, and I remembered I loved how it smelled and how it made my hair feel.Two nights prior to me actually receiving and using these products, I was putting curlers in my hair along with some mousse to help my hair hold the curl better once the curlers were taken out. The mousse, which by the way, was supposed to work for my specific hair type, made the texture of my hair feel AWFUL and that is honestly an understatement! My hair was sticky and felt extremely dry, more so than normal, and the curl from the curlers did not stay either. After taking the curlers out, I went to brush out my curls, in order to help them blend together, and A LOT of hair was on my brush. I was so upset and definitely did not want to have this issue occur after I had previously freshly washed my hair which felt mostly nice and moisturized. At this point, I had had enough and I was worried that the Prose shampoo and conditioner I have been using would just make things worse since I was still having dryness, so I decided to give these products a try again. I just barely got this bundle yesterday, and I just had to wash my hair immediately! First off, the shipping was super fast, which was wonderful! Gotta love the fast Bolo, two-day shipping time! I cannot say enough good things about these products. Immediately after washing this shampoo out of my hair, I was just as floored as I remembered I was in the past. My hair felt clean, but not straw-like as it has felt for a LONG TIME! It also completely removed the residue from the mousse that I used as well, which was what I was hoping for. Then the conditioner! Oh my gosh! Even better! My hair felt super hydrated even after I rinsed it out with cold water. The only thing I did have a small issue with is these products did weigh down the waves in my hair because of the coconut oil in the conditioner, but I think that is because I accidentally used too much conditioner. I will definitely continue purchasing these products!

I was looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to not dry out my hair & I have found it. The tea tree oil & rosemary smell is not over powering. It leaves my hair clean feeling, very soft. Not expensive. I believe it worth trying.

This product is great especially in the summer as it seems to help keep bugs off a bit when you are spending time outside. The scent is fresh and pleasant. Not too much tea tree scent, but the appropriate amount. This is a very good set: good lather, cleans and conditions nicely (although it is not the best for de-tangling long hair, it does pretty well) and the pumps are very handy.Usually when I order it, it arrives right away, but from this ad, when I ordered it took more than a month to receive, which is bananas and not typical at all for when I order this on Bolo. Maybe there was a lull in manufacturing right around the time I ordered. I don't know. I can't tell how to avoid this situation in future as it only says "other" where the sender is supposed to be listed. Boo!I highly recommend the shampoo and conditioner!

Nice shampoo and rinse. Bottles are not too large to hold, and the pump puts out a good amount of product. The fragrance is nice, gets my very long hair squeeky clean and the rinse leaves it silky and easy to comb out and style.I highly recommend this product.

PRO: Smells great, very few weird chemicals that cause health problems.CON: I have thin short hair. It's not much longer than my chin. It takes about 10 pumps of shampoo to be able to lather it all.I bought this because it's clean, as in chemicals that are not good for us to absorb through our skin. Its also a large bottle which I wanted for the value. I'm pretty broke at the moment and don't want something super artificial and cheap. Yes, I want the impossible. Cheap and pure. It's hard to find.

I'm very pleased with the result of "Renpure shampoo, Tea Tree & Rosemary Rebalancing Plant Based Ingredients Shampoo and Conditioner." They meet with the Bolo descriptions. Note: I add "Caster Oil" into shampoo for revitalize my hair (shine). 1) apply shampoo to my hair and leave it for 2 minutes and rinse; 2) apply the Plant-Based Rebalancing Conditioner generously for 2 seconds and rinse. It refreshes/soothes the scalp and rebalancing my hair. I'll continue to buy them. Good price.

This is another great product. It makes your hair feel like silk. It cleans great and there's no tangles. Buy both the shampoo/conditioner. My hair feels so clean after using these products. And for all that, its a bargain price.
Good product despite shipping issue
Good product. Others mentioned leaks, and mine did as well. Conditioner wasnt closed well and leaked during shipping. Made a big white mess in the box but didnt lose too much product.

Wow My hair is soo soft and smells great. Have some shine that i never had before. My issue when I received it was I didn't know how to get pump to work. I just opened it and put some in my hands. This is how to open the pump.Grip the ribbed colored band (mine wasn't ribbed just coloured) with your fingersTwist band clockwise (as indicated by the arrow) until it can’t turn furtherAllow for 10 pumps before product dispenses

smell is wonderful and lasts a very long time. would like a different pump for the shampoo though, as the pump only gives a dimes size of product but will buy again

Love this stuff. Very affordable compared to other options. The scent isn't super overpowering and it works very well with our cistern water. We have a problem with more natural soap options not cleaning as well because of our water but this stuff is great. I also have a child who has extremely thick and frizzy hair who is incredibly oversensitive to chemicals. This stuff works amazing for her. Hair is clean and manageable and she isn't constantly scratching at her scalp.
