This ramen broth concentrate is pretty good. I've made my own tonkotsu ramen broth before and it would always take an entire day. Was it good? Yes. Was it worth it based on the amount of time it took? No. This concentrate is flavorful enough where I can add hot water to it and do nothing else. It saves a ton of time and I probably will never make my own tonkotsu broth again unless I'm somehow forced to.I altered the dosage for my taste: Use only half the packet for 1.5 cups of water (it's really strong) or you could do half a packet for 2 cups of water and add some miso paste to add more umami to it. The concentrate lasts a lot longer than the 6 packs it gives you. That means you could have at least 12 servings with this. Overall, it's a very good base in my opinion.

Best tasting concentrate I bought just add with some noodles and hot water. Also keep in mind that each pack contains two concentrate bags ready for a serving so you get 12 bowls from this. Not bad.

Concentrated mix, you need to add water to suit your taste. The Tonkatsu flavor reminds me of the ramen I had in Japan. Add fresh spring onions for an authentic experience, and some char siew.

I really wanted to try this Tonkotsu ramen broth and I found this smaller box (6packs) than original package(10packs) on Prime day.And it is so worth it. Broth has really deep umami taste which is not from the MSG, kind of creamy pork & chicken stock flavor and a clean finish of ginger taste.This is well packaged packets and super easy to make for quick summer break lunch. My son really love this ramen soup and asked me to keeps adding more noodles.I used J basket dried ramen noodles and just added hot water and some pork belly and lots of green onion on it. delicious!!!!I will definitely be buying this again! Highly recommended!
