Beautiful vibrant color display. Love the folding property. This is an excellent brand. Works very fast. No problems at all. Easy to set up. And this size is a perfect desk top dimension. The accompaniment pamphlet says It has a two year life. I prefer using a mouse with mine and had no issue what so ever.

Lenovo support is the worst I have ever experienced! My left and right click on my touchpad reversed and the pointer started highlighting and deleting things at random. They said my warranty was for only 30 days, and I have talked to other users who their warranty expired before they even got it.They forced me to pay them $100 to back up my files to do a factory reset and when that didn’t fix the problem they did everything they could to avoid fixing the hardware. Best Buy is a local repair and they said they had never heard of a 30 day warranty, nor had they had heard of tech-support charging For service services that should be available considering the laptop is less than six months old.

Good - fast shipping and EXCELLENT supportBad - the fact I needed supportThe unit I received was slightly different than indicated in the description. It is not Intel Ultra Core 7 155U version but the AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS version and it had windows 11 home, not pro installed. No worries on the processor, the AMD actually benchmarks better than the intel in this device so no big deal there. As for the win 11 pro, I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and helpful and courteous.Overall, definitely a great device and would buy from the seller again but I would suggest that, if their stock has changed (another reviewer has noted they got the AMD version too), that they update the product description. The AMD version is actually better.

My perfect traveling companion and exactly what I wanted. Laptop and Tablet all in one device. I had been using a Microsoft Surface but, with it's tiny screen, it was hard for me to use. This 16" display is perfect for my 80 year old eyes. I can use it without glasses and being a laptop and tablet, I can accomplish all my tasks easily. My only desire, if I live live enough, is to get one with a SIM card slot so I don't need to use my phone as a hot spot when I have no access to WiFi.
