I love that this can also functions as a drain pan. I found it easy to clean once I was done changing my oil, and it doesn’t leak. It’s also pretty easy to use and self explanatory in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this from Hubby ….he wanted it for holding oil or what have you ..::and it is perfect for what he needed it for ….definite value for the money …:very easy to use ..::it works well …:functions well ….the size is really good and it is designed well

No issues so far. Only time will tell how long it last. Little pricey but the quality seems good. Both of the openings have rubber seals to prevent leakage.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product looks good until the first use. I've had several drain pans over the years and this is by far the worst. The drain hole is at the highest point in the drain area so there is at least half a pint of oil that doesn't make it into the drain hole. You either have to just absorb that with shop towels or push it to the drain hole.

I thought I'd use a piece of scotch pad to keep oil from splashing. It slowed the oil drain so much it ran over the edge. Lesson learned. It holds 10-quarts and my truck holds 8. Should be perfect. I recommend this product for a vehicle that holds 5 quarts. My 8 quarts made it difficult to pour unto the oil storage container at the parts house because it was so full. I'll remove the cap before pouring the oil into the storage next time too because it slipped sideways on the collar strap and fell in the way of the draining oil. Live and learn. Overall I think this can is fine and worked as designed. It worked especially well under my wife's car (5qt) and poured out better with my 2nd experience using it.

Huge capacity, fits well under the truck, lots of room for splash without making a mess.
Wheels on an oil pan are the game changer!
This is a big improvement over conventional oil pans. The wheeled tray is stable and makes manoeuvring the oil pan smooth and easy so no oil slops and spills compared to dragging a regular oil pan on an asphalt or concrete surface. It only took doing with old oil pans for the last 40 years for this game changer to revolutionize the way I do oil changes. With the wheels you can move the tray as the oil stream changes to a trickle, and then smoothly roll it out from under the car without spilling a drop. It has an oil filter draining stake and a mesh covered section to lay anything that needs to drip into the pan. Best of all, the wheels are on a separate tray that the pan sits in. When not doing oil changes, you can use the tray to hold tools and parts as you work under the car, moving them to where you need them. I only gave 4 stars because the drain spout on the tray isn’t shaped very well, and if you aren’t careful enough when pouring it out it can dribble and make a mess under it.
