Have tried to use MAM pacis w my daughter since she was born but she never really took to them. Decided to give these a try and she lovesss it. Holds it in her mouth so much easier and loves to use the handle to play w it or put it back in her mouth. Really please. Also she likes the feel better. The mam is rubber and she would always make a sour face but with these I think she really enjoys the silicon softness !
